Great product.
A must have if you’re going through hand therapy. They’ve done wonders for my injured right hand. I had no grip or release strength and after using them twice a day for two weeks my hand has improved 100% from what it was.

Started healing my trigger thumb with first use
I am in IT and use a keyboard and mouse all day. The new work from home set up with my make shift standing desk changed the angle of my hands and I developed a very painful trigger thumb. It was like an on/off switch instead of a dimmer switch. At times I had to use my other hand to snap my thumb into the other position. Again, it was a very painful few months! A co-worker showed me this product through Zoom and said he highly recommended it, that a rock climber friend recommended to him. I thought I needed to rest my thumb instead of using it (even though swimming loosened it up for a little while). Instead of ordering it, I ordered a brace. I had to sleep in that, otherwise I would wake to a locked thumb. Our company sent us stretch bands and I tried those to exercise my thumb. It felt a little bit better, but no great improvements. I finally decided to order the therapy hand exerciser. No lie, after using it just a couple times that first day, there was a significant improvement. I use it a couple times a day and do just a few squeeze and stretch movements and it is 90% healed. I even stopped wearing the brace after the first week. So if you have a trigger thumb where you can no longer gently move the top joint of your thumb, this is what you should get. I apologized to my co-worker for not listening to him sooner.

Good starting point for Trigger Finger but...
These are good to start this type of exercise with since compared to others I have since purchased they are ....easier(??). I have trigger finger and began using these for that. Yes...these will help (massage and stretching for tennis elbow/carpal tunnel will also help). The balls are useless for my issue but the bands used without the balls were a good starting point as mentioned. I have worked into the “five circles hooked together style” which seem to come in more pounds of pull and also work the thumb a bit more effectively than this longer style did. Have trigger finger? Definitely add these for a couple sets every day. I can keep my “trigger” down when I do all three things regularly: stretch, forearm massage and finger extension exercises.

Great finger exerciser!
If you, like me, you or a friend had hand surgery recently, and you need to exercise your fingers while not putting hard objects on your wrist or in the palm of your hand, you will find this is, very likely, the exercising equipment you are looking for. This ball and finger loops are for people whose muscular strength may not be the best, to those who are pretty strong. I think nearly everybody should be able to find their preferred ball and finger loops difficulty level. I am so glad I decided to give this a try. I wanted something that was not difficult for me to use ( in terms of strength).

Impractical for my needs
I purchased this to help my elderly mother, but realized quickly how impractical it was for her use. It's a hassle to put the finger straps on. The range of motion that the bands gave also didn't feel very meaningful for a general finger stretching exercise. I could see it being beneficial for somebody who needs rehab, but not for anybody just looking to increase finger stretching strength. The product might work better depending on your finger length, though. There are more practical finger stretching devices that are single purpose instead of dual purpose. But if you are in need of rehab and want something to try, it was hassle free for me to return the product after realizing it didn't work for my needs.

Yoga for the Hands and Arms!! These work Great for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome,Tendonitis, and Tennis Elbow!!!!
I highly recommend using these for the extensor and abductor muscles in the hands and forearms. I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands because of the pain from doing repetitive gripping, lifting and wrist action during my work (Laborer's Union). I was in so much pain I couldn't even open my car door or even the door to the house without excruciating pain. I wish I would have had these prior to surgery because the surgery didn't help! In fact, the surgery made me lose strength in my grip and I still get pain in my hands and forearms if I go a long period without using the handmaster system. Using the Handmaster is the only way to release the pain and strengthen my hands and forearms. When I first started using these, the soft ball was almost too firm for my grip. There are 9 muscles that open the hand and 9 muscles that close the hand and these exercise balls help increase circulation and strengthen these muscles. The bands are tight, but they need to be because otherwise they would just roll down your fingers and wouldn't stay put through the exercises. You can go to Doctor Zac's website (handmasterplus dot com) and there are videos to help you work out your hands and arms and education about how the muscles work. These really work, but you need to give it time to work. After all, the problem didn't happen over night and it will not just go away. I am in no way affiliated with Dr. Zac or this product, it just works.

Good, But
It's really good, but the finger holes are too small which blocks the blood circulation.

Physiotherapy balls
I got to know this product at the physiotherapy center where I am recovering after I broke a finger. Exercising with it is quite enjoyable so I did not hesitate to buy it so I can practice at home. The set includes three balls and six cords. They have easy, medium, and hard toughness. Cords come in two sizes, but that is for additional power scaling (I guess) because they can stretch enough to accommodate any hand size. The main feature is the combination of squeezing and stretching exercises. Especially the stretching is difficult to substitute with improvised tools. My friend is a climber but is weak at stretching, which shows how easy is to miss strengthening these muscles (and disputes the usefulness of training them...). One thing that could improve the product is an additional ball somewhere between medium and hard. The toughness jump is really big. But for most people the easy and medium will suffice. At the therapy we use only the soft ball. I will move to medium once I am recovered.
