Comfortable Support That Actually Helped My Foot Pain
Iโve been wearing these Superfeet insoles for about two weeks now, and Iโm very impressed. I was dealing with pain in the ball of my foot (the pad underneath my foot), especially after being on my feet for long periods. Since using these insoles, the discomfort has improved significantly. They were easy to fit into my shoes, feel supportive without being too rigid, and are comfortable enough for all-day wear. Theyโre definitely not the cheapest insoles out there, but in my opinion, theyโre worth every penny if youโre looking for quality support and relief from foot pain.Iโm so happy with the results that Iโm already planning to pick up another pair during Prime Day. If youโre on the fence because of the price, Iโd say give them a tryโtheyโve made a noticeable difference for me.

Finally Relief From Plantar Fasciitis Pain
I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and my doctor recommended Superfeet insoles. I honestly did not expect such a big difference, but after weeks of constant foot pain, these gave me almost immediate relief while wearing them. The support is excellent and my feet feel much more stable and comfortable throughout the day. I am genuinely impressed with the quality and effectiveness of these insoles. Iโll definitely be buying multiple pairs for all of my shoes. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with foot pain or plantar fasciitis.

Superfeet Product is Great - But Only if You Get it Right
I benefited a great deal from reviews. So I want to contribute this feedback to help people who suffer the same heel pain.I suffered from heel pain and didn't know what it was. I kept buying jell shoe insert to no avail. I finally went to my family doctor who quickly diagnosed it to be Plantar Fasciitis and prescribed Superfeet. (I am not a podiatrist, so take it as it is worth: the telltale of Plantar Fasciitis is that it hurt a lot when I got up in the morning - then it became better after a few steps.) I took a look at Superfeet and didn't believe it because Superfeet was simply a "piece of very hard plastic" for close to $40 while other inserts were only $10.Furthermore, when I gave Superfeet a try, buying exactly my shoe size, selecting a random arch, it hurt even more. Through trials and errors, I found a method that will help. Some other reviewers wrote about ignoring the shoe size and going for the right fit of the foot arch. I cannot emphasize this enough. It doesn't matter what the size of Superfeet is, when you have the right one, the contour of Superfeet should fit the curve under your foot arch perfectly. The rest of Superfeet could be trimmed. There are two critical factors: 1) the right arch (flat, low, medium, or high arch) and 2) the right fit of the foot from the heel forward. Superfeet has different colors for different arches. It is too much trouble to define whether you have a low, or medium or high arch. Just try on several Superfeet sizes and several colors (for the arch) until you find the Superfeet that fits your heel and your arch perfectly. The rest of the insert can be trimmed. This is difficult if you buy online. So find a store that sells Superfeet to try out, and if they have a good price, give them the business. If not, there are Amazon.com and other online stores. There are a few more conditions to make it a success and no pain: when you trim the inserts, trim slowly. You cannot untrim what you cut too short. The right way is to trim it so that Superfeet is about 1/16" to 1/8" *smaller* than your inner sole toward the front/toes. After inserting Superfeet, you can put your hand and fingers into the shoe to feel the gap around the insert toward the front. In other words, Superfeet will need to be able to move a little - not a lot - while you walk, so that it fits perfectly under your foot. You can experiment the exact size of the insole to find out for yourself. You can always trim it smaller. Also, please remember to remove the removable insole. Believe me. I thought leaving the insole I would get some cushioning to assist this hard plastic. Not true. Superfeet needs to rest on hard sole to provide the balance you need to relieve the pain.Hope your experience is as pleasant as mine and that you won't have to pay a lot for customed orthotics.

Nice insoles - but order multiple sizes!
I just bought new hiking boots, and though they fit well, there was a hot spot in the heel area of the right foot that was giving me blisters. So, I figured I'd try some Superfeet, because they supposedly lock down your heel, and I have heard lots of glowing reviews (friends and online reviews).I first ordered these blue insoles, as well as the black and green insoles, in the "E" size, because I wear a size 10.5/11 shoe. None of them were very comfortable, so I returned them all, wondering what all the fuss was about. After taking another hike - and getting another blister in the right heel - I figured I'd try one more time. I ordered these blue ones in the "F" size - even though it was bigger than my shoe size - and immediately after placing them on the floor and stepping on them, I could tell they fit me perfectly. Turns out, the arch and the heel cup of the "E" size had been too small. So, if you're ordering these, ORDER MULTIPLE SIZES AT ONCE - especially since returns are free. The size of your ARCH is more important than the size of your shoe/foot. The arch of the support should feel like it's cradling the entire arch of your foot.As far as which color to buy, I like the blue because they seem like a good balance of support and lower volume. I think the green would be too much for my well-fitted hiking boots, and the black doesn't seem to offer as much support under the heel.Update: I finally got a chance to use these on a short but steep hike (4 miles) and they did GREAT. I'm finally a believer, now. They totally solved the blister problem I was having, kept my feet stable and "locked into place," and were very comfortable. Plus, I swear my feet/knees/legs feel less fatigued than they did before these insoles. I'm looking forward to using them in my snowboard boots this winter.Try them out, it might be a great help.

Good insoles
These were recommended to me by my Dr to help with plantar fasciitis. At first they were very uncomfortable and hard/stiff. The instructions said it could take a few weeks to adapt. I would switch them out for the insoles every other day and in about 2 weeks got used to the full time and now they are very comfortable. I would buy them again and recommend them.

True to size. Arch support aligns with your arch
These insoles are true to size. That means if you wear a men's size 12, you should select a Superfeet 11.5 to 13 insole. That way the arch support sits directly under your arch. I have flexible flat feet so I wear the Superfeet blue inserts. The Superfeet black inserts are more appropriate for men wth rigid flat feet. If your feet have an arch when you're sitting, then you have flexible flat feet. If your feet are flat regardless of your position, then you have rigid flat feet. Some people say the size of the insole doesn't matter. The insole must have an arch support that aligns with your arch. This is true. However, since Superfeet insoles are true to size, if you choose your correct shoe size, then the arch support WILL be directly under your arch. As others have said, this is a great product.

The best
One of my toes would pound against the front of my shoe when walking and it would be painful. Iโve tried several different shoe brands/sizes. . My son recommended these inserts. The very first day I used them there was no more pain. I walk for my wellbeing and I missed several days of walking due to this issue. I can use them in several different shoes that I have and makes my walk so much more comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Saved My Feet!
My wife and I were planning an annual trip to Japan and Korea and knowing we were going to walk anywhere from 15k-20k steps/day, I was desperately in search of really good shoe insoles that would save me from aches and pain. After a prolonged search and not being able to decide on which one to get, a friend recommended Superfeet and I trusted since he had just returned from an international trip as well.I have to admit that I was a bit reluctant because I felt the price was a bit exorbitant but seeing that it really worked for my friend, I gave it a try.The insoles are well-packaged and they are very easy to slide into your shoes. I was worried that I would have to make room in my shoes by ripping out some of the stock padding, however this was not needed. They fit very well in my travel shoes but I would recommend checking to see if they fit any other brand that is not intended for long walks. Now what everyone needs to understand, I worked in food service a long time ago and still suffer from plantar fasciitis to this day. One day at a theme park will wreck my feet and I will have to spend hours soaking my feet in Epson salt. Using Superfeet in addition to my very comfortable walking shoes, was a pairing in the making. I have never walked so much and still feel good to walk after the day has been over. The insoles shape to the bottom of your feet without any issues, just as long as you follow the sizing guide. Please note that they may feel uncomfortable if you have never used insoles so try using them for a few days prior to travelling or using at an all-day walking event. I personally felt that these do not need any breaking in. Again, they work and I will be using these for a very long time. Now you may be asking why the three stars? It's the price. The price point hurts but as someone who has had a lot of issues with pain from walking, these have given me confidence to spend a whole day walking with my loved ones, and not have to worry about sitting down to recharge. I saw it as a long term investment and my decision served me well!

Great in my running shoes.
I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

For me they are awesome
Have pain in my heels if standing or walking too long, was at a sport store and the young guy there took a look at my bare foot and recommended these arch supports, told me I was almost flat footed and handed me the blue ones. That was a little over a year ago now, three pairs later and I'm a very firm believer in them. Got a pair of good brand name hiking boots just recently, tried them with and without these and have to say they do make quite a bit of difference in easing heel pain and being able to stand longer, walk further. You need to know which colour/fit to get in order to see any improvement. ...They are quality supports and have fit my Skechers work shoes, Converse and Asics sneakers and now my Eddie Bauer hiking boots, with the Converse being the only pair to have the original insoles and Superfeet combined, simply because the original ones couldn't be removed. In that case it leaves less room in the toe area but they are still bearable. Superfeet seem to be made to last, are constructed of a hard plastic heel/arch base covered with a thin but dense/sturdy foam layer. If you're looking for soft memory foam type thing these aren't it but if you're looking for a fix for tired aching feet and need arch support then these are the cat's a$$. I would not be without them now.
