Sure they will. If the diameter and the pitch match your needs you can use them for electric airplane propulsion as well.

Can these fit a hubsan h501 (ss, a, m , and/or c)?

They will but you've got to get the spacers for the correct shaft sizing. I got the 7" and they were too large and HEAVY for my Bugs2. Go for the 6". I just put the stock propellers back on mine. 8.45" would hit the body on my Bugs 2 and I know your Hubsan H501 is very close in size. Your Hubsan already has great props, albeit hard to balance. Good Luck
