Installed easily by me.
At 90 psi the water heater just will not function and the leaks will appear then a burst that always happen while you asleep.

pressure reducing valve
I don't usually write reviews I expect the item to do what I buy it for. This item exceeded my expectations. It was well built and easy to install. It has a union on both sides to make it easy to replace or to make repairing a pipe easier. After I bought one and installed it I immediately purchased 2 more. Great value . Ordered it and and received in in 4 days. Didn't have to run around looking for one at the big box stores, which lately seem to be out of everything.

Works great.
No more weird noises and works perfectly. This replaced our 8 year old builder grade regulator which had a direct connection to the water pipe. With this new one i can easy replace it if i needed to without calling a plumber.

Working great so far. Seems well made.

would let the pressure go above 100 psi
Had it set to 70 psi and it would go up to 100 psi several times. I switched it to the other side of my booster pump to drop the pressure to 25 psi from 40 psi. It seems to do that ok but after the pump it didnt work sometimes.
