FW Murphy EL150K1 Level Swichgage combines a liquid level gauge and low-limit switch. Internally, the float operates the pointer which indicates level during normal operation and closes a switching circuit if the level falls to the low-limit set point.

This Product can save you a lot of Money
Everyone who has a boat or some piece of equipment where you can't see the engine should have this. Had I had one it would have saved me $10,000 when one of my diesel engines seized due to lack of water in the system. The water was lost when a hose clamp broke, and the hose came off. The cooling system was emptied almost immediately so the rising temperature was not recorded on the temperature gauge. The first I knew, I felt a vibration, and saw a lot of black smoke from the exhaust, but the damage had been done. If I had this gauge, it would have set off an alarm as soon as the water level dropped and I could have turned off the engine right away. I have them installed now.
