I absolutely LOVE these hats! I love them so much I have had to buy multiple colors to match every jacket. This time I purchased the orange hat for hunting season. I needed a hat that was functional for women with long hair and something that would keep my head and ears warm in the Wisconsin winter. This hat allowed me to wear my hair in a bun or ponytail while keeping me warm. Unlike other hats, I don’t have to shove my hair into a hat. The quality of this hat is great! It is warm, well designed, and has great function with the elastic hole. On another note, the orange color is pretty bright but it worked perfect for hunting season which was the intended purpose. I have had other colors of this hat for years and it shows very minimal wear and tear. If you have long hair and enjoy wearing it in a ponytail or bun without shoving it in a hat, this is for you!

Being a natural curly head and moved up in the north during the winter, this hat is good enough for me. It stretches so one size fits all. It’s definitely comfortable in cold to freezing temperatures. The softness is okay. Have you seen the beanies with Pom poms on them at Hobby Lobby? It’s like that texture.I use this hat every time I go to work (I work outside) in replace of my work hat. I have a big a** head, lmao. This hat definitely secures my edges down and protects my scalp from the sun. I feel cute wearing it and my boyfriend likes it on me.

I bought this "ponytail beanie" because of the colors and not because I want to wear it with a bun or ponytail. I read the reviews, saw the photos of how the hole doesn't keep its shape because, imo, the elastic isn't strong enough to do so with long/heavy hair. That gave me the idea to use that elastic to shrink the hole as closed up as possible and wear it normally, and that's what I will do. I'll pull the (thin, narrow) elastic together and put some strategic stitches in it, smooth it all out, and wear it normally. The unique colors make it worth that effort! It's gorgeous.**NOTE TO SELLER: The annoying part of the purchase is that Amazon slapped the address label on the outside of the thin plastic the beanie comes in and mailed it that way. It should have been placed inside an Amazon envelope for protection. I consider it a miracle that the thin original plastic held together until delivery (it isn't made for that!) and that the beanie wasn't snagged/damaged or lost out of the baggie.

I am 5’7” tall, and my hair reaches between my knees and my ankles. As a police officer, I have to wear my hair up and this is the first hat. I have been able to find that fits over my big bun. It covers my hair well and keeps me warm. Love it.

I’m never inclined to write a review on an item but let me tell you this is the best hat ever! It’s warm, comfy, stylish, durable, good quality, and feminine! I love the fact I can pull my big thick messy bun through the hole at the top! It’s the best hat with women In mind! I always hated wearing those beanies that I pull over my head with my pony tail or messy bun bulging in the back! So not flattering! And you would think the hole in the top would make you cold because it’s exposing a portion of your head but guess what it doesn’t! It’s soo very warm!! Especially when you cover your ears with the hat! It’s very insulated! Who would of thought I’d find a hat that met every one of my demands! Do not hesitate!! Buy this hat! Buy it in all colors!! I have it in metallic black which is black with silvery metallic yarn strung through it! It’s beautiful! 😍👍

I am not a person who can usually pull off a hat of any kind but this one actually looks so cute on. I think the ponytail hole gives it that extra that I needed to make it look right. It is very well made and I’m happy I purchased it.

This is an absolutely excellent hat. It's warm, soft, stylish, and fits perfectly. Truly, I could sleep in this hat. I wear it around the house sometimes just because it makes me feel cute, and I'm not kidding. My friends, this is the hat to buy.

struggling with wanting to wear a beanie during the winter but also don't want your hair down? then definitely give this one a try! i always hated that my hair had to be down to wear a hat like this but i love putting my hair up! this solves all my worries and its comfortable! plus i love the knit design/look!
