ELMERS Rapid Personal Electric Stapler -Black (73101)

I staple at least 35 sheets at a time without difficulty using this product. I also use it for stapling 2 or 3 sheets and it works without any problems. Just shove the paper into it until it hits the back of the stapler and BAM. Holds a strip of staples, which are easy to insert. I have not had any problems or jams in the 3+ months I have owned it. It is used at least 25 times per day.

The electric stapler I bought for my employees 7 years ago finally died. I needed to get them a new one.This unit works well.Its a bit loud but should keep my employees from falling asleep!

I had a Stanley Bostich previously which lasted several years, but eventually stopped working. I chose this as a replacement since it looked comparable based on the specs and was over $10 cheaper. I guess you get what you pay for as this thing is terrible. When I tried to use it the tray would pop out every time the hammer came down and it wouldn't staple. The onlt way I can get this to work is to manually hold the tray in when I insert paper in to be stapled and even then it does not do the job well. When you have just a couple sheets, the staple does not get completely closed under the last page, so you have to turn in the ends manually or you have ends of the staple sticking out. It also says that it staples up to 20 pages. This is not even close to being accurate. I was using regular paper and it can barely do about 12 pages. Don't waste your money on this terrible product!

The spring went out in it the day after the return window. Wasted my money

I've had this stapler over a year now and have had no problems with it's performance. And it uses "regular" staples, so there is not need to hunt for a special kind or brand. Very pleased.

Kind of waiting for a see-thru stapler, so I can put the staple exactly where I want, as with manual devices.

It is very simple and very reliable. It puts staples in papers. It does it quickly and securely. I like having it on my desk.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas to use in her classroom and was excited to give it to her, but it doesn't work. It doesn't say that I have to buy special staples so I just got the Target brand. It's not jamming, but every time you try to staple anything the staple tray shoots out, or it staples but doesn't fold the bottom part of the staple over, or it doesn't push the staple into the paper at all. I'm angry that I now have to waste time going to the post office and shipping this back after waiting for it to come back into stock for so long.
