This oatmeal is simply excellent! It cooks quickly and has superior flavor. Now, it is a steel cut oatmeal, not the mushy stuff you may be used to but if you want a truly good tasty and healthy oatmeal, you cannot go wrong with this.

Regular Irish cut oats require 25 minutes stovetop cooking. That is too dangerous for me to do for breakfast!
