I saw someone else show how wonderful it worked in their Freeze Dryer. I tried it, and it does. No more cutting tons of parchment paper. Just cut to fit your trays. i can stack a few layers with the silicone sheets in between and run them through my dishwasher when done. What a game changer. Loved it so much I bought a second set.

The size is nice, but they are a little bit flimsy gonna be hard to wash after they get dirty
