This book is a 27th impression of a 1992 edition, reprinted in 2019 by B.Jain Publishers.There are a number of typo errors, but not major enough to affect the text significantly.The best features of this book are - the hard cover, which bears frequent use well, and the large print, which makes the reading easy. Hence, it is thicker than earlier editions, but worth it.Though the paper is very thin, I am grateful to B.Jain for the large clear print, and even for keeping this great book in frequent print. The knowledge gems from the pen of Dr. Margaret Tyler are of incalculable worth to one who uses prescribes clinically. Her drug pictures hold true and useful right till this day.

Great book . M L Tyler included notes from hering guiding symptoms, hahnemanns ,etc. Beautifully explained remedies.

while buying homeopathy books, the only thing you need to confirm isDOES THE AUTHOR DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN 2 REMEDIES.IT SHOULD NOT BE LIKE MATERIA MEDICA, INSTEAD IT SHOULD BE BASED ON RESULTS HE GOT IN PRACTICE.THIS BOOK IS GEM IN THAT. GO FOR IT .

Medicines are very nicely Illustrate, The only Disappointing thing is there is only 136 medicine are mentioned. Which makes it little bit costly.
