Nothing it's great

It isnt often I find more than a couple of items I want to knit in a book but this one has loads I want to try, can't wait to start!!!

At first look I was not happy with this book because it is written for the USA market and having never knitted using an American knitting pattern I was stumped. The description led me to believe that it was a book of plus sized patterns but they are not plus sized at all. All of that said I liked the garments and decided to give it a try. I figured out how to calculate the extra stitches to make the pattern I’m attempting bigger and now that I have started to follow a pattern I find that as I get used to the American style of pattern writing it’s not too difficult. Be aware that if it is plus sized patterns you are looking for this is possibly not the best book to buy. Unless of course you have the time, knowledge and patience to resize the patterns. The style of the finished garments are great and worth the time I’ve taken to recalculate the stitch numbers.

I'm no expert but also not new to knitting however this book made me feel totally incompetent, it may as well have been written in Latin.... don't waste your money ...

Great book for those bulky sweaters

I would like to qualify that the "oversize" does not refer to plus sized fashion. The models in the book are all tiny wearing skinny pants and oversized tops. However, every pattern will be easy to make a bit larger and they do run up to around a 48 inch chest. But the patterns are delightful; edgy, fun, and easy to knit. I recommend this book and I am glad I purchased. The photography and the instructions are excellent.

Expected better from information on site. Far less value than price of book.

Liked it , but most pattern are semed together, I was looking for an easier one. But I'm diffantly going to make a couple @!

Des modèles très polyvalents et bien expliqués. Convient à beaucoup de gens avec différents styles. Bien souvent assez simple d'exécution et pourtant très beaux.
