These sleeves are so convenient and work great. They get really cold and work better than any ice pack I have tried before. They slip on easy, and I can move around in them and don't have to sit still will I ice. I have several sizes. The large is great for my knee and the small/medium works great on my calf to ankle. Will definitely buy more of these as they were a gamechanger for my ACL rehab

This 2-Pack Freeze Sleeve replaced a 1-year-old XXL version that still worked but had stretch, thus were loose, slipped and was bulkier.After remeasuring my knees, the measurement guidance implied that a XL version would fit better (the first one was measured professionally but due to swelling the larger version was recommended.These sleeves will provide cold treatment between 20-30 minutes out of the freezer. The gel used in the sleeves remains supple and coolish even at room temperature.Highly recommended. Sizing is critical. As my swelling has reduced after bone-on-bone injectable treatments over the first year (left knee first, then right knee), the remeasurement was spot on for the proper fit.Highly recommended. Hint: these were applied immediately after the injectable treatment. The use of a cool-pack case to keep the sleeve frozen worked perfectively. The hour drive home is much easier with the freeze sleeve on. BTW - my husband drive to-from the ortho appt so I'm not driving after the procedure. I have driven with it on between treatments with no adverse problems like slipping. Your experience may vary.

I recently tried the FreezeSleeve Ice & Heat Therapy Sleeve, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with it. The sleeve gets ice cold and stays flexible even when frozen, making it easy to wrap around joints or muscles. The quality of the material is impressive—it feels durable and well-made. However, the cooling effect doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped, so it may require frequent refreezing during extended use. Despite that, it’s a solid option for short-term relief.

My entire family loves the freeze sleeve. We have different sizes and we love them all. You do have to keep them sealed in the bag they provide otherwise they will get unusable. It's comfortable. Easy to use. And good quality. The coldness is good last about 20 min which is all your suppose to ice.

This ice pack is an innovation in the world of ice packs. I have been having ankle issues and finding an ice pack that truly hits and stays on has been a challenge.This stays in place and I can walk around with it on.The only negative would be it does not stay cold for long. About 15-20 minutes. It’s still slightly cool after that time just not “ that freezing cold” from the freezer cold.

I’ve tried a couple other sleeves and this one is by far the best. Very comfortable. It’s easy to use both cold and warm.

I now have 3 and have used them for both cold and heat therapy. The things just work beautifully -always flexible, compression without feeling too tight, and stay in place well. I will say that the letters which are heat sealed on do flake off fairly easily but that's merely cosmetic. You DO have to baby these a bit - store in bag, don't get them wet, take care when putting them on not to pop the seams but if you take care of them, they'll take care of you!

I haven’t used the sleeve for cold therapy, but it’s not very useful for heat. There’s a a narrow cuff-like piece of fabric at the forearm end that gets a lot hotter than the rest of the sleeve, which means that you can’t get the sleeve hot enough to be useful without burning your forearm with that cuff. I’ll keep it in case I need it for cold therapy but won’t be using it for heat, which is what I need at this time.

My son uses one of these on his pitching arm after playing baseball. I use them on my knee after running. They are great because they compress and mold to your arm/leg and apply a lot of cooling to the whole area. Much better than an ice pack or other alternatives.

Have a recent meniscus issue. The freeze sleeve works exactly as advertised. A lot easier to use than ice and knee wrap. Plus the compression aspect is a plus!
