Stone Cottage Mosaic Comforter Set,White

Beautiful set - love the different patterns used and in the light, the fabric has a slight shimmer. I added a bed skirt as the comforter was a little short for my tall bed.

The tucking is a nice detail, but the material seems a little thin. My down comforter is plain white so I did not have an issue with a pattern showing through, but you might if it was a white on white damask stripe? Maybe not. The material has a nice sheen & is a silky polyester type fabric which was full of static upon opening, but that doesnt seem to be an issue once I put my comforter in it & have had it on the bed for awhile. I use it during the Christmas/winter season with red buffalo plaid flannel sheets, Christmas throw pillows, & a green plaid sherpa throw at the end of the bed...but change it up for the rest of the year with regular percale sheets & diff coordinating accent colors/pillows/throw. Whatever you decide to buy, compare your comforter insert size with the duvet dimensions. Not all "queens" are created equal. My inside comforter is a little undersized compared to the duvet so there's a little gap on one end. This duvet does have ties for securing to your comforter. Unfortunately, mine does not have the loops for them to attach. I pd $46 at the time of my purchase & it seems worth that.UPDATE: July 2020. Having had this for a couple years now, I will say my thoughts have improved from my initial impression. The duvet pintucks have held up well, tho I have not had to wash it a ton. The thinness of the duvet has not seemed to affect its performance. It has held up very well & I love the neutral, yet textured, canvas it presents. It's easy to get a diff look with a few diff pillows or a new sheet set.

This duvet cover is just beautiful. It gives a real linen appearance. As far as coziness and comfort it’s not bad but it’s not the snuggly kind of material but you won’t get this look if you have the snuggly kind of material. I love it

Material is thin. But I knew that going in based on reviews. Design is so cute! Price is good. I'm still happy with my purchase!!

Washed it once on delicate and the stitching came undone. Now one side looks different than the other side. It also doesn’t look as nice as in the picture. The quality of the material looks VERY cheap and feels like it will tear easily.

Just Beautiful! Soft, elegant material. The design of the comforter is unique and classy! Perfect. I ordered a king size and it fits perfectly on my king platform bed. I also purchased the Euro shams (4 for the king) and bought 2 king size pillows for the shams that come with the comforter. I don't use king pillows so this is just to complete the look as shown on the website. I think for a king bed you need all to complete such a pretty, comfy look. Makes an elegant, dressy look or shabby chic, whichever you like. Love it!

I bought this king comforter May 2018. I am very happy with it. I just washed it in my front load wash machine on cold. I did not put it in the dryer. I did not want the chance of scorching or shrinkage. I line dried it over night. It held up beautifully.

Bought this because I liked the texture the picture showed, but this thing is so, so thin, it looked and felt like it was low quality. I wouldn’t recommend.
