Its Ashwagandha!!!! Dont expect goody goody tasty, yummy stuff.....Its a good quality powder. The external Amazon prime packing was good, as usual. The fine powder comes in a zip lock bag.All three of us .....my love of life i.e my "Pran-nath", 'Me-myself n I' (since its a supplement for body and mind and soul)and our kiddo are consuming it. I have kept a measuring spoon in it to assure that same dose be consumed daily.....our sleep quality has improved and physical stamina is also improving.P.S How does my kiddo consume it?......We hide it in his daily curries or dals.

Bought this ashwagandha 2nd time based on good quality result of first time purchase. Second time this product has more of soil and sand than ashwagandha. Wonder, why these suppliers keep such a poor quality products. I have to throw this ashwagandha as it is non refundable. It seems adulterated and has a sand like texture. Doesn't smell or taste like the authentic herb - only an after taste hints of ashwagandha.Look elsewhere.
