Tri-Ply Brazier, 12-quart, Silver

This beauty caught my eye as I searched Prime Day deals and almost picked up the 10 qt Made-in Rondeau pot instead (basically identical except for the lower sidewalls). I saw this and boxes started to get checked: 1. Slightly larger size, check. Tri-ply, check. Stainless steel, check. Beautifully made, check. Great reviews, check. ChatGPT approved, check. Solid brand (Winco), check. Oven safe to 550°, check. Yes, it was love at first sight. I ordered it immediately. It is basically half the price of the Made-in. I have to say I’m so glad I didn’t hesitate in buying this. It is solid, hefty, beautifully made with a well fitting lid. This baby is Big! Be certain you can handle a beauty of this size. She may be too much pot for you… The tri-ply edge is sealed unlike some manufacturers. I have a large central burner on my gas stove, but I will be using a 12“ x 12“ copper plate/diffuser for even heating. By the way, those copper plates are found on Amazon inexpensively. Cleaning this should be a piece of cake since it is stainless steel. Barkeepers friend is always on hand if needed. Chicken wings for the troops, spaghetti and meatballs, smothered steak, one pot meals, stews, Biryani, ghorme sabzi, maqloubeh, here we come! This baby and I are going to do magical things together.

It's huge and it's heavy, but great for cooking. Lots of cooking surface for prepping large quantities. It barely fits in my sink for cleaning, but managed to get it washed. Nothing stuck at all, very easy to clean.

Real 304 stainless. We tested it. Big family. Amazing to cook in. Game Changing.

LOVE! This 12 qt replaced my 8.5 qt brazier that my hubby left cooking on the stove (and almost burned my house down). Have used it to cook 10 pounds of taco meat ( I could have easily doubled). I made 16 qts of spaghetti and meatballs in this thing. It’s huge. It fits on my stovetop, and in my cabinet. Love and would recommend.

Good heavy weight for braising. Mirror finish is nice. I almost canceled this order because Amazon shows this as not oven-proof. That is wrong, it is certified oven-proof by the manufacturer as stated in the included user guide and on the manufacture's website.

This is a lot of pot! Granted, I have not actually cooked with it, but the quality is fantastic. It feels like All-Clad if All-Clad made something this big. It’s beautifully made and heavy duty but will still fit in the dishwasher. Twice the Quality of the Win-co version I first tried.

Nice heavy gauge pot with high sides. If I use this for frying and it works great.
