This is the best bread machine book I have ever used, the recipes use very little yeast and come out perfect. Now is the Time to quit eating the store bought crap and save money.There is lots of variety. A few of the recipes have ingredients that may be more challenging to find, but then again I live in Alaska, what could be more challenging than that?

Lovely books, but much too short. Great photos, and very good step by step instructions. The author made several great suggestions and I finally started to get the bread to look like the pictures.

There are many books on this subject. Some are big bright and colourful, like this one but a bit short on the range of recipes for basic daily loaves that I was seeking. Lots of recipes for cake, fancy breads & use of dough. I'll be looking for another book soon.

Hoping to eat a vegan diet I was disappointed at the number of recipes which contained skimmed milk powder.

Excellent, clear recipes with quantities given for different sizes of loaf. Lots of variety for interest and flavour and they are easy - just as promised! Highly recommended.
