Excellent reference book

Good book for Architect.

Received a damage copy but can't complain too much as it was sold for ₹500. Bought two copies, both were water damaged but one is of a comparatively better condition than the other.

Excellent resource for building designers and architects. Contains guidelines and summaries of building materials that is not available elsewhere. Essential Reference.

The speed of how materials, building products and building systems change is very difficult to keep up with. This is a great resource to reference for different building types, but it's unfortunately not possible for the author to keep up with changes. Use this resource to enhance your understanding of building systems and materials, but check your conclusions against research online. This is well organized.
