Daughter needed this item for Rainbows and since we no longer have a local Guide shop had to purchase online. Originally received the item in the wrong colour, one email to shop saw another item in the post that day and returns slips sent for the other item to be returned. Great communication and service. Item of good quality, sizing good and a reasonable price.
