I usually buy these in the grocery store, they are my usual go to for Parmesan cheese. You really can’t beat the price here, vs the grocery store. The cheese is just as good quality, just as fresh as the store. We shred it and sprinkle it into our pasta. It shreds easily, melts well, and tastes absolutely delicious. It really gives the extra special touch - a dash of salt and creaminess - to your pasta dish.

This BelGioioso Parmesan wedge has become one of my favorite cheeses. The flavor is rich, nutty, and perfectly aged, with that classic sharp Parmesan taste you expect from a high quality cheese. The texture is firm but still easy to grate or shave over pasta, salads, or roasted vegetables.

Great tasting cheese and a comparable price to bargain brands but taste like the expensive brand.

As far as domestic Parmigiano goes, this BelGioioso is really very good and my "go to." It's a fraction of the price of the Italian import and it doesn't really compare to the original, but taken by itself it's a very nice cheese, grates nicely and tastes very good. I always have the Italian original on hand but I just as often reach for this one when I want to add some Parmigiano goodness to my food.

SO much fresher & more flavor than the pre-grated options, & so simple to grate it as needed. I use it in an artichoke casserole & over pasta, & always save the rind for soups. So versatile. Wrapped in a cheese bag in my fridge, it lasts a long time . I will definitely buy it again.
