MicroplaneElite Series Lemon Zester and Parmesan Cheese Grater (Black)

The greater bladder is sharp and works fantastically! It can quickly make mounds of light, soft, fluffy grated parmesan. It is perfect for hard cheeses. I already have a coarse Microplane and really resisted getting yet another kitchen tool/gadget. But now I regret waiting so long.The clear plastic cover/catch tray feels flimsy and useless. But the greater itself is fabulous and I don't need the cover it all.

This is a fantastic grater for zest as well as nutmeg. I can grate half of a nutmeg in about a minute. It’s fine and fluffy and the plastic piece holds it all so I’m not dirtying a plate. It has measurement marks as well which are handy when I need just enough for a recipe. It washes up nicely in the dishwasher and seems to be staying sharp.

This microplane was an upgrade after one with a plastic handle gave in. It should last forever, made completely of stainless steel. I love the plastic blade-guard so I can store it in a drawer without getting cut, and the measuring feature has airway been helpful many times. Definitely recommend this product.

This is the best grater I have ever used. I make homemade orange liqueur so I zest a couple of dozen oranges at one go. The cover was great at collecting all the zest... until it wasn't... it is *very* flimsy and cracked before I was finished using it for the first time. I don't know when it cracked, or why, it was just split from one end to the other somewhere along the line.Still I love the grater itself!

Nice and sharp, quick and easy zesting. Love the cover that doubles as a collector of the zest. Washes up easily.

The elite series microplane works really well. I like that it has a cover that can protect the blade, but can also be attached on the flatside to catch whatever you're microplaning.

No tiene suficiente filo no sirve para rayar limón o naranja ..

This microplaner is ok. I bought it to mostly zest citrus. It really takes large bites out of the fruit and you have to be very careful not to get the pithy part. The plastic cover/cup is already cracking in places. This was advertised as a citrus zester, but if that is what you want, I wouldn't buy this one. Would be great for chocolate or hard cheeses.

Great tool it makes shavings light and fluffy so not for some recipes as too fine

Durable Design. I use this regularly, just need be careful not to Slip and grate your fingers as this is surgically Sharp.
