Excelsa House Lantern Ceramic 7.5 x 7.5 x 14.5 cm White

This ornament is perfect. Excellent quality. Looks beautiful with little fake tealight inside. Glows through the little windows and looks very soothing and romantic. Got it as a Christmas decoration but it will be staying out after Christmas has passed.

If you can avoid having veg dishes on the table to pass around (instead plating up in the kitchen or perhaps serving carvery-style in the kitchen) you can make a stunning table-scape with these. On a cream or white cloth, place a gold modern candelabra with real candles as long as they are up away from the following: lay a green garland down the centre in a slightly wiggly form. Add a few tea-light houses (holding LED tea-lights to avoid catching the garland on fire) at intervals along it. Next add brush christmas trees and ceramic or honeycomb trees, also at intervals, if you have them. Lastly, add a few crystal candle holders holding real nightlights if tall enough and if the top is wide enough to hold them, also at intervals. This house is a perfect size for the above scheme. It has a couple of `brothers' (or `sisters') but I think they may be a bit too tall or wide. I have 2 of these and am really impressed with their neat finish. I also ordered some trendy white matt china ones but some of their windows were irregularly cut and when there are several windows in a squared, grid formation, they looked too`out' of position. On these, the apertures are neatly lined up within each window and with one another. I also prefer to have a glazed finish inside and out.. If you use wax tealights, soy wax should avoid any blackened effect on the inside of the holder.

I bought 3 ceramic white houses ( for Christmas decoration) but I loved them so much I’ve kept them out on display & they still look fabulous..I bought different sizes all equally well made & perfectly formed wiv tiny doors:windows ; chimney stack detailsThey are quite pricey but very very good quality. Definitely recommend
