We bought this system to replace a subscription setup we had before. We are so glad we did! There is no comparison for the price. The setup process was quick, simple, and very user-friendly. The cameras connected easily, and I had everything up and running in no time.One of the standout features is the mobile app. It is by far one of the best security camera apps I have used. The interface is clean, responsive, and packed with useful features. My favorite feature is the ability to view all of the cameras simultaneously on a single screen. Being able to monitor all areas of my property at the same time provides excellent situational awareness and peace of mind.The motion tracking feature is another huge advantage. The cameras intelligently follow movement, making it much easier to see exactly what is happening instead of relying on a fixed view. Motion detection alerts are fast and reliable, keeping me informed whenever activity is detected around my property.The video quality is excellent both during the day and at night. Images are sharp, clear, and detailed, allowing me to easily identify people, vehicles, and other activity. The night vision performance exceeded my expectations, providing bright and clear footage even in low-light conditions.The two-way audio is also surprisingly crisp and clear. Conversations come through with excellent sound quality, making it easy to communicate with visitors or monitor activity around the home.Overall, this system delivers everything I was looking for in a security camera setup: easy installation, an outstanding app, reliable motion detection and tracking, clear notifications, excellent audio quality, and impressive day and night video performance. I seldom write many reviews unless it’s worth it. And these cameras are worth writing about.I just purchased and received them on March 20, 2026.1. A little pricey, my first thoughts2. I definitely do not want to pay for any subscription.3. I was looking for solar cameras with 360 degree rotation and with auto tracking, AI , etcThese camera’s have IMPRESSED me! I am so surprised that these cameras are working as described.The base does come with a 32 gig mini memory card and says it can be expanded up to 1 TB, I haven’t upgraded yet.It records for long periods of time. And it follows the person where they are walking . It’s Awesome!!!It has recorded for 1 min , it doesn’t just do a 10 second recording , it will record as long as the person is in the camera view.Cons:One important thing, I have an iPhone 17 pro max with the latest current software updates.I had trouble connecting the base to my phone, I followed directions and was not able to connect. I didn’t call customer service. My husband has an android phone, Samsung, and he was able to connect immediately. Without any problems.As soon it was connected, I was able to see the cameras and all the settings.Not sure why it didn’t connect with my iPhone for 1st time set up. Only down fallI would definitely recommend these cameras. They work GREAT!

What I first had to do with these was plug in the supplied USB cords and charge the internal battery. You know when they are charged as the little green light goes out.How many cameras are too many? Six may be too many, but I have them overlooking my pool (1), two facing the preserve for the occasional wildlife (3), and two at different places on the front of the house (5)—the Sixth over the garage.Why it might be too many: these cameras move when they detect movement and stay on the subject. I don't have the largest house, and I get a bit of overlap when the cameras all start turning and looking.I am not connected to the cloud; I use the Home Base. I didn't think the home base would go through a concrete block house in South Florida. They do, and their cameras show both their signal strength and their charge level.The infrared or night vision switches automatically upon low light. When it turns on, you hear an audible click on your phone. You will get a very clear picture.Like any product, I hope these cameras continue to provide me with excellent service and a long product life.For what you pay for the 6-camera setup, they are well within budget.I edited this review to correct mistakes I made about the function.Update: very important if you purchase this product. If one of your cameras stops functioning, there are no replacement cameras available. Same name, same look. BEWARE: they are not the same camera and will not integrate with your Homebase.The only solutions are to purchase a whole new 6-pack system or to purchase the look-alike camera and place microchips in it. It will work independently of your base. However, it will show on your app.The warranty company refunded 1/2 of my purchase price. They also offered cameras with a new base that only controls the two cameras. So you will have two home bases. As each camera dies, and they will die, having up to 3 home bases is pretty dumb. I am trying the SD chip to see if this still keeps me off of paying for a cloud service.THIS IS AN AMAZON-ONLY PRODUCT. AOSU DOES NOT SUPPORT THEM.

I love how this camera rotates and how i could set a default view, i can see all around my house whenever and wherever, i can check my garage door to make sure it's close when i'm not home, i had a minor issue with one of the camera but customer service was on top of it and very prompt, they are quick to reply and solved everything i highly recommended this product, now i got the doorbell too! i can't be more satisfied this camera is really good!

I’ve only been able to install 2 of my 6 camera kit so far and I’m impressed at the image quality. I also love the ability of the cameras to track movement.I obviously have no idea about longevity so will probably update my rating after I’ve had the opportunity to install all of the cameras and test them over time.The one concern though is the clip on installation. Not as secure as I’d prefer. Setup so far has been easy though.Unlike my other cameras, while the AOSU sends push notifications, they do not actually register on the app itself on the home page like the other apps do (as in the actual number of events triggered) without opening the app. And while one of my other camera systems pushes a photo of the event on my Apple watch when motion is triggered, these cameras do not.All in all, so far, I’m pleased. The sharp video quality is amazing. Will monitor.

Electronically works well, priced right. Has a few design flaws however. First the solar panel is not adjustable or removable and will interfere with overhangs and mounting areas. The mounting bracket is of poor design and lacks flexibility to mount to different surfaces. The mounting bracket does not have a sold tamper proof lock which allows the camera to be removed or bumped off very easily. If you are looking for a professional commercial quality system this is not it.

These security cameras work really well, wide coverage, response, alerts etc.... But even more important is the impeccable Customer Service I have received ed, Quick responses to any and so many questions I needed answers for. I am not Mr Wizard when it comes to tech stuff so their help was amazing, solutions to issues I was having and much more. You can find a great many companies out there with great security cameras, seemingly endless shapes, sizes and the many possibilities they offer but, not all companies, as you very well know, offer such support, responsiveness and have your back attitude..

Exactly what I wanted! Here are several things I like about this set of security cameras:1. They use solar energy so I don’t need to worry about battery replacement any more. Customer service promptly sent me additional solar panels for cameras in shaded areas and that definitely helped!2. Cameras are “smart” enough to identify people and vehicles and only send alerts when people and vehicle movements are detected. That eliminates lots of false alarms.3. Cameras can rotate with and “follow” people/vehicle movements and take videos that are like movies. What is more impressive is that multiple cameras can coordinate and put together videos from multiple cameras to form a more comprehensive video. They can figure out that it is the same person or car that is moving from the driveway to the yard, then back to the driveway then leaves the property, and present all related videos in the correct sequence. AI is definitely helping here!4. Excellent customer service. Real people are answering phone calls, responding to questions, and solving issues. That is definitely a plus when lots of customer service phone numbers are managed by AI nowadays.5. They offer options for multiple service levels. I can choose more advanced services for a fee or stick with basic services (which are enough for me) for no fee.All in all, I am glad I purchased these cameras and would like to recommend them to anyone who needs security cameras.

I purchased a set of six AOSU solar powered wifi cameras with base station in the Fall of 2025. Although setup was a breeze, I ran into a minor connection issue. The AOSU app let me call for tech support quite easily and I was very impressed with how fast and great their service was.After a few months of use, I noticed that one of the cameras seemed to have a defective internal battery. I contacted AOSU tech support through the app and within three days I received a replacement camera.I highly recommend these cameras as they were incredibly easy to install and setup without any wires and they perform amazingly well. They are a great addition to my previously purchased AOSU doorbell camera. My cameras and doorbell work on the same app so they are very easily accessed when there are alerts. The price and quality of the AOSU products is excellent. The service I received from AOSU tech support was exceptional. I will definitely be buying their products again in the future.

I’m really impressed with these AOSU cameras. The installation was straightforward, and the setup/synchronization process is one of the best I’ve ever seen, smooth and intuitive. The image quality is excellent, and the recognition system works very well, providing accurate alerts without too many false notifications.One small area for improvement: since I live in a bungalow, a few of my cameras had to be mounted lower than usual. It would be great if AOSU could add some type of locking mechanism or security latch to make it harder for someone to remove or steal a camera once it’s installed.Overall, this 6-cam kit is a fantastic option for anyone looking for reliable, subscription-free home security. Highly recommended!

Enjoying the cameras. Bought the 6 camera pack. One camera would not turn on. After getting help to try and make it work with no success I received an email by the end of the day telling me that they are sending out a new camera that I should receive within 5 days. Excellent customer service. Thank you

These are awesome when working.However the cameras keep dying, the solar charging doesn't seem to keep them alive

Only because the mounts are plastic and a bit flimsy. Wish they were metal. Otherwise great product.
