Looking at reviews on these I was extremely cautious about ordering them as they seemed to be melting on route/storage and arriving as a block. I was impressed to see that mine arrived in an insulated foil bubble wrap package and they where as should be. It was my first time using these and I'm really happy with the taste and quality. They melt so easy as I was used to just melting full bars.

Great quality chocolate to use for baking. This is the one I go for when I cannot aford to source speciality chocolate from bean to bar producers so it's good value for money, although the taste is not as complex as the more refined products. I used it for various products (melted for brownies or as it is in brownies) and my cakes always came out nice.

Theve Gone smaller Gone more expensive Standard vanilla ice cream Using cheap CHOCOLATE to cover Why when we pay enough do manufacturers skimp on products As iv explained I use to get really really good chocolate ginger from shop My mum use to buy it me at Christmas birthdays And id sit there with a brew in heaven Last week went buying said brand of chocolate ginger Said brand i had been buying on/off for 20yrs Ginger good Chocolate(cooking chocolate) The stuff that leaves that waxy taste in your mouth and lingers even after 4hrs of consumption And goes white after a while when left at room temp in a paper bag What chocolate should go white? Brown👍 White😳 My question to all manufacturers out there is WHY? TRY THIS CHOCOLATE AND THEN COMPARE TO WHATS ON THE MARKET.... Let you decide

Good quality Dark Chocolate. I have used Callebaut before of course many times over the years, as a Chef. The Chocolate is excellent, Callets make it so easy to weigh with no mess and perfect for melting with minimal effort.

Delivered quickly. The chocolate chips were well packaged and didn't suffer any heat damage in transit. I baked them into oatmeal cookie and they were delicious. Great product, I will be ordering again.
