Review: Just what I was looking for! - I was charging my old phone atleast twice a day. The screen would get unresponsive to touches as it would heat up. I am quite happy and pleased with this purchase! With same set of applications, this doesn't heat up. Has a great feel when held in hand.. and feels even better when used the cover. Works quite nice with sliding keyboard. It is fast, and charges quickly with Turbo Charger. I am happy with Photo Quality that I get. I don't have advanced needs for photography anyways. Can easily watch 2 to 3 hours worth of videos on netflix / desertcart prime, during my commute to office and it still remains healthy and charged even end of the day. I keep getting notifications for emails and stocks all day, I keep answering my work emails, browsing is fast .. news feeds load quickly. I chose not to go with Moto G7 after reading the reviews that it heats up. Besides the fact that G6 plus has 6GB RAM , that too played a big part in deciding to go with this. For the price that is a great phone and pretty much does every thing you will want it to do except any specialized needs. Review: Great budget phone - I purchased this phone for about 12k INR from desertcart. I was looking for a phone with a good battery life, good call quality in 4G, a decent display (720p/1080p), a practical camera setup, at least 4GB memory, a headphone jack and, quite importantly - pure android experience. This phone checks all of those boxes, and does much more. Most memorable (annoying) experience while setting it up was that the phone shipped with some dated version of Android Oreo. So it spent a significant amount of time installing (3-4 GB / 5-7) updates with intermittent reboots, before it was ready for use, running Android Pie w/ latest security update. Aside from this, I must point out that the display is quite bright, and is readable in sunlight. Also, the sound quality is good (loud and clear), whether from the front mounted speaker or the headphone jack. The SIM tray quality is not as flimsy as some reviews mention. The build quality seems quite sturdy considering it's a budget phone with a glass like back. Another thing worth mentioning is that the phone uses a Li-Ion battery and not a Li-Po one. The latter is considered more durable over the long run. As long as you charge the phone only when it goes below 20%, and then let it charge up to a 100 %, you should be able to get a good 3-4 years from this phone no problem. I purchased this phone for my aunt who is not very demanding from her phone in terms of her usage (mostly calls, good cell signal reception, WhatsApp, some YT, Zomato, Uber etc.). I personally have used "premium" phones (iPhone --> OnePlus One --> currently OnePlus 5) for the last decade. I also don't like to buy a new phone unless absolutely necessary. Having said that, I don't see any reason why I would want to spend 35k for a phone anymore given the kind of awesomeness that's available for so little money. Cheers!

Phone looks really classy & premium
Phone really looks very good. Rear camera good, takes good shots Front camera is good in daylight but struggle in low light(moto plz improve through software update), Battery backup is average but turbo charger is really fast No lags & hanging in day to day usage (i never play games, not a game lover) Software experience is good, i always love clean stock android. price is little bit high.. but ok phone look very good in hand.

A great phone
The phone looks cool especially from rear side. One disappointing thing is it's bulged out rear camera. But at last, the phone is worth money. Camera is great. It is also splash proof and that's why I never worry being in rain. It has been 2 years of this phone with me and still it delivers me the best out of itself.

GREAT SOUND, BEST MULTIMEDIA
Pros....1.Camera...Very good ,2.Sound...Excellent through headphones due DOLBY AUDIO. 3.Speed and Gaming...not match today's phone. 4. Screen quality... Good colors and brightness better than Notch phone for watching YouTube along with Dolby audio support.Very good for Multimedia. Cons....1. Battery just ok. 2. Phone is not durable. 3. Looks ugly from front for its little oval shape. 4. Fingerprint scanner is not in a comfortable place. It should be on back. ..... Although BEST FOR MULTIMEDIA WITH DOLBY SUPPORT.

moto and amazon phones are waste of money!!
very bad phone odd size and battery life is pathetic and turbo charging doesn't work. It says slow charging and takes forever to add 1%to existing charge level and this when using stock charger and C cable came alongwith it. Moto and lenovo phones are complete waste of money and amazon takes no responsibility at all... Amazon's customer satisfaction is just a "show" ...that ends as soon as you are done buying. This phone had issues 2 days after usage, heavily lagged..on complaint amazon send a technician who also agreed on site to the problems but no word from amazon... after about 2 mo ths of usage : - Guy there is NO SCREEN MIRRORING!!! this phone depends on google Chromecast dongle for this feature. - Lowest in-call volume and bad speaker! - Very low telephone reception! - Charging is still a problem, drains faster charges terribly slower. - Lags heavily!! mostly when typing text..you type and then wait until it appears. LAST WORDS : DON'T BUY AND DON'T BUY ANY PHONES FROM AMAZON!!!

Awesome phone but slightly over priced
Awesome phone with all the features on offer. Pros - Performance Battery Display Looks Sounds mind-blowing Camera average, but good in this price range Cons Front firing single speaker is not too loud and it is not too low either. Camera bump could have been avoided Vibration is not too good to be noticed, one may end up losing calls or notification due to low sound and vibration Overall it is a good and sturdy product.

Moto G6 Plus, the 2018 protege from the G family
Purchase this phone for 14K. Installed G-cam My 2nd Moto phone. Now since i got all those laid out, let me tell you this is THE phone to get in price bracket (under 20k). What i liked - The screen quality is great. The build quality and design (subjective) is very good. The camera (after installing G-cam) is amazing. Performance is top notch. Day to day task are a breeze and gaming (played badlands, Injustice and alto's series) is good enough. Battery life is awesome. 7 hours mixed usage every day (no gaming) And then the little things, speaker is loud enough and dolby takes it a step ahead then the rest, it has a headphone jack, the phone doesn't get very warm (something i felt on my G4 plus), Moto Gestures are on-point, phone feels good in hand due to tapered edges etc. All these things you begin to appreciate when you use the phone for a long period of time. What i didn't like - I'd prefer a wide angle lens instead of this portrait lens which i never use. The fingerprint sensor is small and though it is accurate (unless your fingers are sweaty - Indian climate makes sure that happens). And thank God for the face unlock. The top and botton bezels could've been slimer, but you won't mind this at all. I can't decide if Moto camera app is trash or Google Camera is that much better. Conclusion - All of the cons which i've mentioned are really fault-finding. The phone has no major flaws. If you love stock android, rejoice. All together at 14-15k. I think this is steller. Buy it. Use it. Love it. Cheers!
