Lovely stuff
I prefer parsely sauce to gravy in many cases. I've tried quite a few different packet sauces and this is still the best. Nice and creamy (unlike some others that can be lumpy). Having granules in a tub means you can make as much or as little as you want (or adjust the thickness). Lastly, it couldn't be easier to use - tip some in a jug, add some boiling water and stir. Sauce thickens over time so just add more granules or water just before saucing for your preferred texture. Delicious and simple.

EXCELLENT STORE-CUPBOARD ITEM
I have purchased this several times previously. Admittedly its a 'lazy-cooks' product, but so easy to make just a small amount when needed for a plateful of something that could do with a bit of hot parsley sauce (gammon, new potatoes, cauliflower etc.). The only extra items needed are boiling water from a kettle, a small bowl and a tablespoon. Not exactly the 'real thing' but an excellent, for immediate use in your store-cupboard, stand-by for parsley sauce. Recommended.
