Knock Knock Affirmators! Family Deck: 50 Affirmation Cards on Kin of All Kinds - Without The Self-Helpy-Ness!

I purchased the affirmations for “yourself”. These are totally awesome. I was hesitant, skeptical, thought they’d just be corny, and they are a little but in a good and refreshing way. I’m addicted to these cards. I’ve read that it is very reinforcing to actually hear your own voice aloud encouraging yourself. I have a hard time talking to myself out loud so I’m making voice memos from these cards and play them back to me periodically throughout the day. I’m so happy I purchased these. I’m considering purchasing the ones for “love”. I’m a little disappointed in how amazon posts the reviews because I just realized that it does not specify which deck the reviews are for and I would love to hear from people who have purchased the love affirmations.

If you’re having trouble mentally, it might be silly, but these cards could truly help assuage and attenuate some of that hardship.These are really fun and will make your everyday much better if you include these into your morning and/or nightly routine.

I opted for these instead of CBT/ACT/DBT decks. I know they're supposed to be cute and fun, but they've been tremendously helpful - for a decent price. The images and short notes are just enough to get your mind focused for the day, without belaboring into an 1-2 hour long journal escapade. (Don't get me wrong; if you need to journal, do so - sometimes we can get so lost in our 'problems' that we forget to take new action towards our goals - today.) I just needed something to keep my mind aligned with purpose for the day, without dwelling on my past. Which, I've already made peace with. :) These are short, sweet and inspiring. I plan to purchase the family and love cards as well.

Wonderful little reminders to say my affirmations but also get a good chuckle!! You won’t regret the purchase!!

First of all, these cards are awesome and I'll buy again and will buy for others.Unfortunately at least eight of the cards in the deck had manufacturing marks - vertical scratch and streak marks of ink on them from what looks like defective printing process or something. Several of which have the text so smeared they're unreadable. You just might want to check quality before gifting, make sure to provide gift receipt, and/or allow for more time in case yours are also defective and you need to get a replacement. The affirmation writing, overall quality and thickness of cards, artwork and box they come in is just too good to not try again and hope for an undamaged set.I bought several different versions as gifts and this one for myself. Luckily I opened these before sending the others as gifts. So, I checked the others and they were perfectly fine. I hope the manufacturer catches this malfunction soon or improves their QC before holiday season!

This was a gift and the other person really liked them. Well, that’s what they said. We now work on different teams and I don’t talk to her anymore so I don’t know if they really are good. I mean, I could trust what she says but I could also trust the small voice in my head telling me everyone hates me.

I love these cards. They are affirmations but not cheesy ones. They are funny and silly which makes reading it enjoyable. I hang one in my bathroom so the whole family can read it while brushing their teeth. And I change it every week. The wording is very casual. Not too serious or corny. There’s different packs. I have this one and the family one. I’m going to get the relationships one next. I really like these cards. They are durable and come in a cool slide box with a ribbon to keep your place where you are in the deck. There’s a lot of cards too. It’s nice to start out the day with something so positive. These really are genius. My teenage daughter has been battling with depression and low self esteem so the fun way they write these is really cool. I’m really glad I came across these. Can’t wait to get them all.

These are amazing. I use them to start my day!

I got these for my friend who was feeling a bit glum.Cheered her right up!Really funny quotes, and more importantly is that they are made of a really top quality card and can take a cup of tea being spilled on them.Incidentally, the top quality card also makes them into formidable projectiles when in the correct hands. Secondary purpose of these should be advertised as home defence apparatus.

Oh my gosh these cards are so funny, what a great product I will be buying other versions of this companies decks 100% and I highly recommend cards are of incredible quality and reminds me of something you could find at chapters. Has for the past 3 days brought me great joy in drawing my card every day. There are cute illustrations on each card except for the 10 bounus cards they are words the whole card and gives you like a little peep talk it's more then just little quote like the other cards. Those cards are intended to boost you on your toughest days. The quotes are very well thought out and so far I have found they fit spot on in my life some way which is pretty neat. These cards will definitely put a smile on your face and is a great price. These are a fantastic gift idea aswell I'm getting a deck for my sister for her birthday. they say that making positive statements out loud can improve your mood relationships and Life experiences. These decks really are for everyone and anyone. Love the instructions if you read the instructions on the review I posted it gives you a sense of the humour used in these cards I think they are just wonderful.

I bought these as a gift for my sister who could definitely use some affirmations to motivate her. She got upset when she picked a card and it said that she should be happy to be the "walking, talking" person she is. She has never walked and it's something she struggles with even as an adult because it is always the first thing people notice. She was discouraged that one of the first affirmation cards she pulled so glaringly assumed that all readers were able-bodied.

I am so impressed with these! I bought one deck as a gift for a friend but will probably get more for other uses.They are fun. They are funny. AND they also have helpful and positive messages! I'm a child and youth counsellor, and I think these would be appropriate for teens/tweens as much as for whimsicly minded adults.High quality print job and card quality, too! Five stars!

I get my family to pick cards from this deck every family dinner because everybody needs advice once in a while. Each card gives you something to think about from a family point of view. Good, because we all need a reminder every once in a while.
