Amazon Basics 4-Pack 9V Alkaline Batteries, 9V/6LR61, 5-Year Shelf Life - for Smoke/CO Detector, Electronics & Audio

I bought this four-pack of 9V batteries based on the good reviews and reasonable price.It’s worth noting that unlike the AA and AAA batteries in the Amazon Basics brand range, the 9V type does not have a 10-year shelf life, but 5 years. This means if you do not need to use all of them immediately, they can be stored and should be fine within this time period, so they’re good to put in that drawer with the dried-out pens, mystery keys, rubber bands, and a lonely straw.They are not rechargeable, and it’s advised not to place them in wheelie bins in the UK due to safety and toxicity concerns, so I try to remember to take any old ones to my supermarket, which has a battery-bin.Out of the packet, I checked each one with a battery tester and all showed full power. I then tested them between my devices, although they don’t all need new batteries yet: All good so far.-Pros:• Good value for money• Trusted brand• 5-year shelf life• Good longevity (I’ve used them in the past)• Correct size/ease of installation• No leakage-Cons:• Not rechargeableOverall, I’ve had a good experience with this brand of batteries over time, and it’s always a bonus to save some money. Like many own-brand products, you often discover that the quality is just as good, if not better, than that of well-known brands, but at a more affordable price. Good price excellent value for money, Amazon is the best price for first class batteries, oh and don’t forget excellent delivery policy

Great product , i wish the price would be a little bit cheaper, overall the product is good quality , battery last long , performance is great and easy to use

I prefer minimal packaging and that is how these arrived which is perfect.They last as long as any other brands I have tried and it's great to have spares for the home smoke alarms.
