Good quality product
Supplement works well and has eased the pain in my joints so feel more mobile again. Easy to swallow. You do need to take for a while before feeling the effects but worth it.

I've used these many a times and they offer relief and do seem to do as described. Everyone's case is different but for me, these are beneficial.
