Must read
You won't find this information anywhere else. Save yourself the despair of attempting to get pregnant without the proper information. I recommend this book to anyone trying to conceive.

Easy read
This book was easy to read and helped me understand my fertility! The book kept referencing the UK many resources were list but they were all from the UK.

Be aware: this is not the popular book from Tony Weschler
Be aware that this is not the popular book "Taking charge of your fertility" from Tony Weschler. I mistakenly bought this one from the Kindle Store and was very disappointed. It contains fairly high level information that you can also find out by googling "fertility". Maybe not a bad introduction if you don't know anything about the topic yet but not worth it if you've already done some internet research. I have to admit that I didn't read the whole thing since I realized after a few chapters that I had read far better books before (e.g. "making babies: a proven 3 month program" from Sami David).

There are better books out there
This book was ok. Wasn't as comprehensive as I hoped and I had already read much of the information elsewhere.I recommend:"taking charge of your fertility" by Toni Weschler - a comprehensive in depth source for charting and learning about cycles"making babies- a proven 3-month program" by Sami David- a book that helps women discover the possible causes of their infertility. A must read prior to fertility treatments."the impatient woman's guide to getting pregnant" by Jean Twenge- a helpful review of what helps and hurts fertility based on available research

meh
I thought this book would have been better written and more scientific. It ended up being a lot of stories about people trying to get pregnant and some explanation regarding female monthly cycles. I can see where it would be fun to read during your 2WW. Also, the book is written in British-English and needs grammatical editing.

Title is similar to a much better book
Title is similar enough to "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler that I bought it by mistake. Welford's book is a complete waste of time if you're looking for information about women's health and pregnancy. Skip it and buy Weschler's book. I acknowledge Weschler is more expensive but it also has the information you need, you're going to end up buying it or something else to supplement this book anyway.
