The Folgers Black Silk was not made in the USA it was the Black Silk Noir soyeux , which is a weaker brand, so I will not return it & will give it away, and I will not order it again. Your driver threw the package up my stairs to the front door denting the package. My brother & myself saw this and I went out on the stairs but the driver got in his truck and drove away, very bad service. I order Folgers Black Silk Keruric, it is not the same as what was delivered Folgers Black Silk Noir soyeux Keurig. I hope this will help you to improve your service because it will hurt your company when the world get back to normal.

I ordered the Folgers Black Silk but this one has another name on the pod "Noir soyeux" and it does not have the same taste as the regular. So, if I order again I will specify, I thought I did on the order, and possibly it got substituted but in the future I do not want this and may cause me to think more than once about purchasing this from Amazon. I should have been given the option to wait list what I wanted; cancel the order altogether; or accept and this did not happen.

I really like the Folgers Black Silk Coffee. Sometimes, with the pods, you lose some of the body, flavor and strength of the coffee, but not with this. I am so glad I found this coffee, thank you Amazon.

Ever since my first cup of Folger's Black Silk---------I only like this coffee ---I drank Folgers before but Black Silk is it ---for me! Best Taste and even if I have to reheat it in the microwave it still tastes good!
