Lovely healthy little shrub! Well-packaged
I'd looked at the size of the plant (so I knew what size it was likely to be). It was well packaged and delivered very quickly using Royal Mail (who have a delivery tracking application so that is useful). Package well marked so that it was clear what was inside so that appropriate care could be taken when delivering. I've repotted the plant now (in photo the original pot is shown for comparison). Roots look robust and healthy, plant looks healthy with plenty of fresh growth on it. Description of the product includes caution about problema that can befall the plant so I feel appropriately warned! It is too early to say how the plant is doing but it looks ok.

They are not very big when they come out but they are very sturdy and well looked after.
It's a lovely little tree and I can't wait for it to mature. It was sent out pretty quick. It's not very big but my mum has one so I know how big it's going to get and can't wait.

Not the greatest buy
The plant was very small, pot bound and had bits of moss growing in the soil obviously been in the nursery some considerable time, however I decided to persevere with it planting with feed compost and it appears to be ok, but I think it was poor quality for the money.

Would recommend
These little plants arrived quickly, well packaged and disease free, and in good condition. They are now almost three times the size they were when I got them just a few weeks ago and look beautiful. Thank you

Too small
Not in good condition on arrival, best to purchase from a garden centre. Not good value for the money.

Lovely plant
Purchased this after two died on me from last year think it was my fault as they was doing well then I got plant food and used more than box said gave them too much food and water so they are great plants with the right care .I’d certainly recommend this plant
