WOW! I'm floored by this multi magnesium supplement! My hair was becoming brittle & breaking; My fingernails had ridges forming; My skin looking dull. I began taking this 6 months ago. I think it's helping!
I just started taking this like 4 days ago but I feel like it's already helping! My heart palpitations have lessened and my cardiovascular feels less stressed. Also taking before bed time and sleeping better!
