Horrible product
I think this company designed this item just to make you mad. They could have extended the piston not even a quarter inch so it pushes the puck out. Instead you have to then put 3 nickels on top to them push your puck out. Dummest thing I’ve ever seen and screw this company.

Affordable, effective, & easy hammer press!
LOVE it! Easy & quick pucks! For the small press- Put it on heavy cutting board, use a piece of parchment paper on bottom of press before adding the pollen. Push the tube down over the stand & it forms to shape of the inside. (Makes it easier to get puck out so it won't stick)Fill pollen to top of press, add another piece of parchment paper, add the top of press, and your ready to hammer it. Just to make sure did about 8 hard blows. Push it out with plunger or if need be, a pencil or something thinner & long that u have laying around.Tablet came out formed great, which no breakage. A chunky tablet about 1/2 inch high. It would fit inside a "doob tube" if that helps visualize the size. I would recommend this absolutely!

Almost love it.
The plunger isnt long enough to push the herb cakes all the way out... I used a socket that fit in the hole to push it out the rest of the way. Other then that I still prefer this over the twist press. I put all my herbs in this then press it with my shop press. (not too much pressure because this is meant to be used with a hammer?lol )

Don't waste your money
Total junk the middle dowel doesn't pass all the way through to knock the puck out. All of the companies have fix this .

Nicely crafted but cant get the puck out!!
the dowel is shorter than the tube so after you pack it you're stuck looking at the puck inside, dont be fooled by the other reviews, its not always easy to get the puck out without breaking it. Otherwise, it works as it should other than retrieving the prize.

Dangerous to use
Material sticks and I got my finger PINCHED somehow trying to remove puck.

Pretty small but it is sturdy.. I like it..
If they would make the bar(press rod) a bit longer to completely push the pressed pollen out Of the end it would be much better… But I use a 3in nails flat side to push it out and it works fine.

Great Press!
I ordered the large size and received it in two or three days. Because no one else had reviewed it I had little to go on but faith. I'm here to say thatI'm quite impressed with this press. The tolerances are so tight that when the large plunger is removed a suction develops between plunger and the body of the press (provided, or course, that the lower plunger is also in place.) I don't have any qualms about recommending this item.
