Delivering Defective product shame on you amazon.
The media could not be loaded. I have received defective product. As you all can see its turning onn by swivel movement & when iam trying to set the temperature there's no temperature number is displaying on LED display. I don't understand why amazon doing this delivering defective product & sometime copied products . This is not the first time I have face this kind of issue....I don't trust anymore on amazon. Totally waste now.

Accessories missing
The product is very good and worth your money, i bought a 16mm curling iron but i found the clamp damaged n returned it, in exchanged i received another same product again it felt like it was used curling wand, it had scratches and marks on the plate and the finger glove was missing both times

Looks like very old stock with bad packaging
The device looks decent, temperature control is good but packaging is worst. there was no seal, no manufacturing details and as you can see in picture the box was all spoilt. The outer Amazon packing was all intact so the possibility of water seepage while delivering is ruled out. The wire is very long but it's all having white patches like how we get when we store things for long. the box mentions about finger gloves but there aren't any. The device itself looks decent hence two stars for that.
