Wow. As I mentioned with the same brand of oval shaped doilies, these really are pretty darn amazing. They are thin as a whisker and yet fiercely sturdy. But what really stuck me was the intricate detail. You will not find these wandering in the aisles of your local store (I know because I hunted through the wilds of the Seattle area for several days), but (hurray) Amazon saves the day AGAIN. You will not go wrong with this product or this provider!

These paper doilies fit perfect for what I want to use them for. They were delivered the next day.

These are thin doilies, but they're fine depending on what you're going to use them for. They're pretty with embossed flowers and delicate cutouts around the edges. They didn't work for using under a moist cake though. I used one to turn a pineapple upside down cake onto and it was a soggy doilie mess. Once I realized my mistake, I couldn't get the half disintegrated pieces of doilies off the cake. I won't use them for that again, but they're are nice to use under dry things. When I first took them out of the package I thought there was only four, but they where stuck together in groups of two, eight total. I plan on using the rest of the doilies for under silverware on a platter next time I have some people over.

Perfect for cupcake trays

I really like the placemats. Bought several packages of them for my daughters' birthday party. But 2 of the packages came completely crumpled. I had bought extra so I didn't bother returning them. Other than that they were perfect.

These paper placemats are adorable. I bought them for my daughter's 2nd tea party themed birthday party. The placemats were the perfect touch. They separated easily without tearing and were pretty durable considering they were made of paper. If you want something to add a touch of dainty and sweet to your table, get these. They won't disappoint.

Placemat size doilies great for larger desserts or foods. Really dressy way to display your food for a lunch, dinner, or dessert party without needing to get out your silver trays. And you can throw out after use. I wouldn't use these as an everyday placemat but you could use them for a fancy lunch or dinner if you didn't want to wash cloth placemats.
