Hello hello Amazon shoppers. If you have found yourself here you're probably either on the keto diet like I am or considering it. With that being said, here is my honest review of Sola products. Now first I will discuss the bread. Fo a bread product this tastes so good wheyher plain or toasted. I need mine with French toast and it was to die for. Sometimes I simply toast it and spread cream cheese on it. Both varieties are tasty and nutritional. definitely one of the most delicious reds I have had and it's keto friendly! Finally I can eat bread again as I have not had a slice of bread in 2 years.The protein bars are definitely delicious. No artificial sugar or strong erythritol taste. They're perfect on the go whether you want a quick snack or you are at work and have no time to make a meal. They are a very soft texture and they won't break your teeth or cut your gums. In the flavor is outstanding.Last and certainly not least the granola... I swear the flavor of this stuff is outstanding, it can even be eaten as a cereal if you pour your choice of milk on it. I find myself watching a movie and snacking on it and knowing I am not eating any sugar or carbs and enjoying a healthy snack. It is very filling and delicious. This bundle may not be particularly cheap but it is definitely delicious and nutritional and you get your money's worth. Definitely the best keto bundle I have ever had, well worth the money, give it a try as you won't regret it!

All of this is indescribably amazing! I have been looking for a bit/granola/protein bar of some sort that is low carb for MONTHS and finally stumbled across these. Boy oh boy are you in for a treat with these nut bars! The taste is sinful. It tastes like it has a ton of sugar in it - almost like a candy bar. They're better than Kind bars in my opinion. The granola has a slight hint of an aftertaste but is the best granola that is low carb that I've tried so far. I'd love to try the maple pecan chocolate granola next. The bread is great. It's the closest I've found as far as taste and texture goes that is actually edible. Had to check the website to find out it's good for two weeks at room temperature - there wasn't any info in or on the packaging.

I’ve been eating dirty Keto for almost 2 years. I eat this way because I have a few health issues and I feel so much better on it. I’m able to stay on track by finding products like these that are decently close to the real thing and substituting them instead of full on “cheating”. I realize that this bread is still made with grains- which technically isn’t Keto, but there’s a huge difference because after eating regular bread, I’m immediately bloated and have stomach pains. I do not feel that way at all when eating this bread. The bread loaf itself is smaller than I imagined. I hoped for more for the price, but it won’t stop me from ordering again. The texture is a little bit chewier than normal bread but this is able to hit my bread spot and stop me from craving it. I have eaten the bread straight out of the bag with butter as a side with my meat and veggies dinner, I’ve toasted it with butter and homemade peanut butter and I’ve made a grilled cheese sandwich. All were extremely tasty! I ordered the double chocolate granola, and it’s just okay. The taste is a little off but not enough for me to not eat it. I wouldn’t choose that flavor again. I haven’t tried the bars because they are a little higher in net carbs than I’d like (6ish) but I’m sure they’ll come in handy when I need a quick snack, one day soon.Editing this review to take back what I said about the granola... the more I ate, the more i liked it! It may have been a little off at first but I would definitely order another bag of this flavor.

I LOVE these products!! I don’t do full on Keto, but with some health issues I need to watch my sugar and bad carbs. I have tried other low carb breads and they were not good at all, I wasn’t expecting it to taste or feel like real bread, but it was t even worth eating. THIS bread is completely opposite. It’s so good and is the closest thing to real bread I have found. Made a grilled ham, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich today and it was so good. Didn’t even taste like I was substituting the bread. The nut bars and the granola are amazing too. I work 12+ hr healthcare shifts and the bars sure come in handy. I highly recommend this package, especially the bread. I just ordered another one. The bread keeps well in the freezer, I just get out a piece or two when needed.

this actually tastes like bread but it is a slightly different consistency. ITs not that great toasted but when you are desperate for bread this does work better than most alternatives that I have tried.

You open the package and it smells like bread. My non-low carb fiancé agreed that it tastes like regular bread. The only give away is SLIGHTLY more chewy than a regular slice of bread, but not at all off putting. The granola is exceptionally good. The bars tasted nice, but are very dry. In the future I'll probably skip them completely and just get the bread and granola. 100% would recommend to all low-carbers who are missing bread!!!

Don’t bother. Only the oat was edible. The other was tasteless. Too expensive for tasteless bread

I keep the bread in the freezer and just toast the slices when needed. Great taste and it’s nice and light. Great for avocado toast or sandwiches. Try toast with a protein spread, yum!
