XPETIThermator Women's Waterproof Hiking Boots

This was my 2nd pair, I do a fair amount of road & off road walking, live in an area with heavy slippy clay, superb grip & really warm no matter the weather, good waterproofing. I do use them mostly every day & found the last pair after about 4-5 months the waterproof top layer started to peel off, not a big deal as by that time I've worn the cleats right down & I'm ready for a summer pair of walking foot wear. Really supportive, not too heavy, I do find the insoles a bit thin so add some gel insoles & I buy half a size up, warm enough not to need thick socks, the material lace hooks below the metal ones breaks rather quickly but not an issue as I tend to wrap around anyway, great boot at a good price.

The media could not be loaded. Cannot recommend these walking boots enough! Perfect for a wet hike up Snowdon, for a first timer too! My friend also bought the same boots and we did not slip at all, even with the constant rain and the wet rocks! No blisters, fit was great for me but came up big for my friend. We are both 5.5 so we got size 6's. Great for me but my friend had to reorder the 5.5's. So I guess it is trial and error for each individual. Our socks/feet stayed dry too! I was splashing into puddles too, as the rain water collected at points where we had to scramble. No problem at all, we both really loved these boots for the hike! For me, personally, my toes only really started hurting on the descent down Snowdon and that was because they had swollen on the hike up and my toes were then pressing against the toe part of the boots as my wait went to the front of my feet as we were coming down the mountain. My friend did not have this problem so I dont think this was to do with the boots themselves, rather how I walk and how I carry my wait on my feet. Would recommend these boots to anyone looking for something waterproof, comfortable and super grippy! Vegan too 😊

I do domiciliary care work, walking between customers all over town. I can cover 8 miles a day in a 12-15 hour shift.I've tried two styles of trainers, going through 3 cans of different waterproofing spray, wellies, and other boots. They're either slow and hard to walk in, give me blisters and pressure sores, or leave me with soaking socks and saturated skin. I feel every stone and bit of gravel through the soles lately and have to walk around those bumps where the pavement dips to cross a road.With these I went a half size up and the fit is unbelievably perfect. The inside soles are soft and squishy but the tread on the bottom is thick and protective with good grip. They are very heavy for my little legs but the toe design helps my feet roll into each step.After two hours on day one I was limping with EXCRUCIATING pressure bruising on the outside of my ankles. Unbelievable pain! Gave it a few days and went out with layers of padding under the spots the high tops were pressing on. Still painful but not as bad. Carried trainers with me and managed half the day.Third try, with a little less padding, they absolutely rocked. Worn in, I was out walking for 14 hours in the rain. 100% waterproof (drops may get in down the top). I had some pain but the 14 hours of the thing likely played a big part.I think, after so many fails, the investment was worth it. My job depends on it!

I love these boots!!This is the 2nd pair for me and i love them. My last pair lasted 12months before they sadly died. I wear these every day. Walking miles and I also wear them to work, I work with horses and dog walk. Other walking boots I have had do not last as long. Light weight, supportive, confortable with excellent grip. Think wet muddy fields and coastal paths and have never slipped. My last pair would have lasted longer if I looked after them better. Nothing negative to say. My last pair were 8.5 as reviews said they came up small. I am a 7. This time i ordered an 8 and fit perfectly. Highly recommend these boots x

Well wrote to Xpeti and asked them to address the issue it's taken 8 days for them to tell me they are not permitted to deal with an issue with their product and have passed it to Amazon!!!! Amazon don't produce them so can see where this is going.Beware if you have any issues with these boots!!!Having a hubby with size 6 feet is a challenge finding mens boots/ shoes to fit. He walks over 10 miles a day with 2 spaniels so a lot of wet and muddy walks, and so far has been through 7 pairs of walking boots this year alone. I went for size 6.5 to give room for socks and the colour is universal so suits him. He says they are lovely, very comfy, have kept his feet dry so far. Let's see how they perform over the next couple of months but if they make it past 3 months without letting in water I'm a happy girl.Well here's an update, given as a Christmas present. 1 month in and wet feet today. Really really unhappy. Can't find any link to contact the company. Any help would be appreciated, as I want a refund!

Fabulous design and super comfort with great support

Nice boot good look and comfortable soles, but the issue is after 22km hiking today , the top part hurt my both side of ankles as it is very hard , I wonder no one have commented on this issue that’s very disappointing and even I have put hiking socks and trousers underneath , is it a personal problem?

I love these boots. I hike a lot and these have been one of my best purchases.They fit well, sturdy, so far waterproof and very comfortable.A couple of reviews stated that the backs were hard and left bruises, that has honestly not happened to me. They were a little firmer than expected but wore them round the house for a couple of days to break them in and have had no issues and certainly no bruising.I would buy another pair when these eventually wear out.
