Well-made Great Company
I had one small issue with a couple small parts arriving damaged. Emailed the company and got a reply within a few hours. They shipped (Overnight!) the parts! Highly, highly recommend the product but the company as well! Really great to work with people who care about their customers!

Very rugged construction and easy to install. And No. More. Digging. Ever.
I bought two units to access both sides of my septic tank. The company's video is very helpful and I just followed the presenter's instructions, with perfect results. I needed to buy a masonry hammer drill to accommodate the hold down screws, for about 4 bucks at Home Depot. I used a small rotary hammer drill from Harbor Freight - using a conventional drill motor trying to go through concrete aggregate will be frustrating.

Be sure the hole in the top of your septic is no larger than 24” by 24”
Easy to assemble and install. The opening on my septic was 24” x26” and I had to make the hole in the septic smaller.

Can't believe homeowners are still digging for access to their septic tank lid
Had installed them in my Maryland Home, retired, bought a home in SC. Had the septic tank serviced as part of the purchase agreement. Had to pay extra for the digging to expose the concrete septic lid before it was pumped. Immediately bought another Aero-Stream Riser kit for this tank. Concrete lid was 21" x 21" square, but the riser base will fit on either round or square opening. Kit is complete with everything you need, except for the 5/32 masonry bit.The included tap-con screws were fine, they are only meant to hold the riser in place until you back-fill the riser. The tape seals the unit from sewer gas escaping. Once the tank was exposed and cleaned off, took 40 minutes to properly install the riser and new cover. A "no brainer" Unless you prefer to "dig" in lieu of a more sensible weight loss program, get this product.

Getting the job done right!
This was exactly what we needed and were looking for. Directions were east to follow. Everything needed was included. Concrete screws could have been a stronger grade. All other parts seem to be of high quality materials.
