Price a Bit Expensive But Otherwise Happy Skin!
4 stars only because the price for this is very expensive relative to the bottle size given. The product is more liquid-like than commercial shampoos so be prepared to use a lot (a good palm sized amount) to get a good lather if you have been especially dirty the day you are washing your hair with this shampoo. Otherwise a simple two teaspoon amount would suffice.Other than the higher price, I totally love this shampoo because it doesn't have chemical ingredients that negatively over dries my skin!! All the other products sold at large retail stores have sodium lauryl sulfate which my skin is incredibly allergic to. It also doesn't have paraben, fragrance, no dyes, no colors, etc.! The list goes on as shown on their bottle and website. I have been using this shampoo for 6 months now and my scalp skin and body skin has been happier and better ever since!!

It REALLY works! I have a 3 year old who has seborrheic dermatitis on his scalp. We have struggled with it for years, since he was an infant. After 2 washes with this product it is gone! I realize this sounds too good to be true but it is. Of note before baths I would apply Moroccan oil on his scalp and let it sit for about 5min., then when I applied the shampoo I let that sit on his scalp another 5-10min. After bath I combed his hair and lifted all the dead skin patches off without difficulty or pain. Ever since I continue to use this as his primary shampoo, but I no longer have to apply oil or comb through after bath time....Wonderful product.

So far so good!
As the mother of a 5 month old that has suffered for 3 months with moderate eczema, I love this. After spending a lot of money on a lot of products that worked ok but not great, I came across this on the NEA website. My daughter's eczema is worst on her head . This is the only product that calmed things down almost immediately. We have tried Cetaphil Restoraderm, Cetaphil baby, Aquaphor Baby, Mustela Stelotopia , Honest Company, and Aveeno. Like I said before, these other products were ok but not great. I haven't found a rating for this product on the skin deep website which would be my only complaint, however it is working at keeping my daughter from scratching her head until it bleeds as she usually does.

Does not work well on my child's eczema
I actually wrote a review on this product rating it at 3 stars having only used it a few times. Now, I am beginning to see a real improvement in his scalp. The main eczema place is still there, but his eczema is quite vicious and requires steroid cream year round... I started using this as his bath soap too for his skin and we really haven't had a big breakout since that time. We pair with Johnson's baby oil which seems to help keep the moisture in quite a bit.Update, update again:After using almost the whole bottle now, my son's eczema on his scalp is not improving. I thought it was for a bit, but I don't think that had anything to do with this product. It doesn't seem to do anything to treat the eczema that exists but perhaps it does prevent it from getting worse. Anyway, his scalp is dry and flaky -- severe dandruff -- and he scratches scabs into it. Am switching to a Mustela product as other reviewers seem to love that.

Edit: looks like they've increased the price quite significantly. $9 baby shampoo from my local grocery store is a suitable replacement.Original review: This is great for the eczema on my hands (rather, for not inflaming it like other shampoos do). It smells a little "chemically", and sometimes I have trouble getting a good lather going; but you get used to the smell. It doesn't make my hair smell chemically; just smells when you're using it. You can't really ask for a fragrance when you are shopping for unscented, non-irritating products.

Good Product!
I was looking for a good shampoo for my daughter's excema and this product is great! She has ezcema in her hair and scratches a lot. Since I started using this product, she doesn't scratch as much. The only thing I don't like about the product is that it leaves her scaple very dry after so you must apply some oil to keep mositure on the scaple and hair.

Highly Recommend
We have two children with eczema, one moderate and one mild. We have been using Exederm for well over a year now and are very happy with it. It does not irritate their scalps and (bonus) does a great job cleaning their hair. Honestly, for cleansing purposes, I prefer it to the regular baby shampoos. It is pricey, but a little goes a long way. One bottle lasts about two and a half months for our two children.

Excellent product
My young son has eczema and despite improvement continued to have issues on his back. We finally realized it was aggravated by his shampoo and rinsing the suds down his back. We switched to this product with great improvement! It cleans all sorts of messes out of hair, including PB&J. Excellent product- clean scent, lathers nicely, rinses clean, and leaves hair soft and shiny.
