Product is not waterproof. Contacted company about open ports not having anything to cover them if a customer is truly using it wireless. Their response; buy something to cover ports.Ridiculous they don't have anything to cover the car charger port which makes the product non waterproof as water can get into that port. The wall charger port has a silicon covering. Took stars off for them not making sure they had a product they said was waterproof, and for telling me to buy something to make it waterproof after spending over $100.I didn't trust the magnets that came with the product(I'm a highway girl and always doing at least 76mph or over) so I did swap them out for more heavy duty magnets(pictured).

Early view but it seems to be secure w magnetic ,suction cups . Seems bright and I use it 100% wireless.

I've had these on my POV for several months and they've stayed on through car washes with high speed dryers, interstate speeds of 75 mph and overall have held up well.The only problem is the cord. It just needs to be a few feet longer. Adding an extension doesn't help since that puts the switch behind me.

*****EDIT*****UPDATE as of 9-29-23The description for this item was that it was waterproof. Not somewhat water resistant. WATERPROOF. This item is NOT suitable for use in any type of weather except for bright, sunshiney days. This item is NOT suitable for use by ANY type of First Responder. This is ONLY a novelty item for use by someone who is willing to throw their money away. Go out and buy a quality Code 3, Whelan, Signal or any other well known to First Responders brand. *****UPDATE*****I bought this in July of 2023. I've used it several times. First, I HIGHLY recommend replacing the magnetic feet. The ones that are on there aren't strong enough for speeds over 40mph. I ordered a set from Amazon that were incredibly strong and replaced the weak ones, easily. Second, just because the description says waterproof, don't believe it. Either take it apart and seal it or go down and dirty with some silicone around all of the exterior edges, including the edges of the LED lenses. Last weekend, I worked several funeral escorts in inclement weather. Couldn't figure out why the remote control no longer worked, afterwards. Brought the light bar inside and when it dried out, the remote started controlling it again. Overall, it's still a good purchase for the price. It just needs better magnets and to be sealed properly.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and brightness of this light for the money. The only questionable issue I found on the light was the bolts that hold the light to the magnets; they didn’t come with lock washers or lock nuts, so there is a potential for them to work themselves loose. I ended up using nylon lock nuts instead of the nuts that were included as a results. I read that there was some concern with the magnets not being strong enough, however I haven’t had any issues on my truck operating under normal conditions. I ended up taking the cigarette light connector apart and mounted/wired the switch from it directly into my overhead console so that I didn’t have a plug flopping around in my vehicle. There was also a concern of the pigtail from the light to the power cord was a bit short and it not being a weatherproof connection - and it’s valid, but it wasn’t an issue on my install because I was able to get it inside the truck and out of the weather. Light is plenty bright and I’ve had several comments from my brother firefighters that it’s just as bright, if not brighter, than their high-priced fancy name-brand emergency lights.

Cord length should be at least 3-5 foot longer.

The media could not be loaded.  Very bright, brighter than named brands compared to output such as Fenix , or whelen. Each LED are 3 watts. The optics are good. Mine has lasted a year in NC with Snow and Ice and salt in the winter and 100 degree temps in the summer. I do wish I could get a split color of green / Amber. Maybe the manufacturer will see this. They would sell well if they offered more colors.

I like the strong magnetic grip and the switch is very nice and easy to use

It’s perfect works as it says brighter then the city plows

The magnets failed at 80kph (49mph) with no adverse weather. The lightbar flipped back damaging the roof of my vehicle, it then swung around and smashed into the drivers side window. The magnets do not do their job. The construction is cheap plastic. I seriously doubt it will make it through a Canadian winter. The drivers side end of the light was loose while the passengers side was tight. It almost seemed like it was not put together properly. I really like the shape and size of it but I cant believe they sell these with magnets that hardly work. This is mostly plastic with a little metal. Update: I took the lightbar apart and there is no water tight seal to prevent the LEDs from getting wet. This product is also not waterproof and that should be noted
