Heavy gauge generator cord. Great value, high quality cord
Purchased this cord to connect a whole house generator back fed to a 200Amp panel. The cord appears to be well made. It is very stiff so its a bitch to try and attach a 4 prong plug end to it but it can be done with some patience and cursing. 2 hots are 6 Gauge and neutral and Ground are 8 Gauge copper wire.

Great price. Good product. Easy installation
Much easier to handle with the smaller diameter. With only the 2 line conductors #6 and the neutral and ground #8, the cable is half the diameter of the other 50amp cable.

Bought this to make a generator pigtail for my 10kw ...
Bought this to make a generator pigtail for my 10kw genie to the welding outlet in my garage (don't try this at home if you don't know what you're doing folks!).- Anyway this cable was just what I needed and was just shy of being too big of a diameter for the Nema L14-30P twist-lock cable I used on the other "loose" end.- It has (2) 6awg wires for the 240vac hot wires and (2) 8awg wires for neutral and ground.- No it doesn't have any UL listing, but it seems well made with the proper insulation and jacketing to me.- This is the only 10 foot cable/pigtail you will find with a Nema 14-50P molded on to the end (most are without getting an RV Power/extension cable that is too big in diameter due to (4) 6awg wires and upwards of $70 - $150.

Only place I have been able to find a very long range cord. Easy to install and allows me to make major kitchen changes without costly electrical work.

What's not to like...10 feet instead of 4 means no junction box and a safer install
