I added this to an order on a whim, unconvinced that it would do what I wanted it to do. My thought was that I could use it for baking/broiling prawns and scallops, which tend to dump liquid and then just poach, rather than browning. I haven't had a chance to use it for that yet, but I've used it for a bunch of other stuff, and it is amazing. You can cook lots of foods without having to turn them. So far, I've done roast veggies, frozen sweet potato fries, and frozen fish fillets, and they come out perfectly brown and crispy all the way around. I can envision this being handy for foods that might be a bit fragile to flip, or where you want to keep some sauce or breadcrumbs undisturbed. Very happy to have purchased, and plan to give these as gifts to heaps of people over the next year.

Absolutely love this cooking mat! Saw a similar one on FB for twice the price and decided to check Amazon and I am happy I did! If you want to oven fry foods such as bacon or fries this is your mat! I don't have a dishwasher do I sock it in hot soapy water and it cleans right up and then rolls up and fits right in the drawer! Highly recommend !

I love this baking sheet! It cooks vegetables very very well. The only problem I have is that it is very hard to hand wash and still feels greasy after, but that doesn't stop me from using it because it is still a wonderful baking sheet!

Not a bad product but can be a little difficult to clean. In saying that it does do exactly what is designed for.

This is a great product for cooking. I love how is keeps meat out of the juices but it is very hard to clean.

Wonderful. Use it all the time and put it right in the dishwasher. I had enough to use it in 2 different pans.

Its Soo Good For Baking.It food doesnt stick to pan,Easy to turn over wedges or chicken.one and main concern is cleaning.its soo hard to clean.once grease builds up its hard cleanig.very disappointed in that matter

Great for keeping grease away from food for a more even baking of chicken and other foods. Takes a bit longer to clean all the dips and creases but overall worth it in cooking a bit healthier.

I like this and I've already washed it in the dishwasher and it came out terrific. I like that when I put it in the over the chicken grease falls into the little cones and doesn't soak in the grease. I might try baking french fries next to see how they turn out. Obviously if you put a big roast on this mat the cones won't maintain their silicone shape very well but for pieces of chicken or fish it's terrific.

This product unlike the cheaper versionso does exactly what it says.After cooking my food I place it in a bowl of hot soapy water and it comes up new every time.

Nice but not so easy to clean....could only use it a few times.
