Could still be better. It's not centred so it wobbles.
I was just soo tired of using collects ever since my last keyless chuck broke on my dremel (not the brand but its a rotary tool).I had got these from alixpress last time and they were for ~200 a piece. I have been looking at this on Amazon for a year now & the price was always around 500-600 a piece. Which was just ludicrous. Well I finally felt OK to buy this one at ~300/- a piece. Honestly I wish we could manufacture this in India itself at a more affordable rate but this is a compromise I can make for once. It's inner dia is 7-8mm if you're intrested.UPDATE : I used it & compared it to the collet system I had & I've found this to be off centred so it vibrated on use. And the tip of the bits were wobbling.

Very bad manfuacturing
really bad quality of product. The chuck and spindle are not aligned.. hence when put on a motor causes a lot of vibration in the motor and on the base. Also the jaws are really bad and rub very badly against the case and screw behind.Absolutely disappointed with the product.

Wish it was available with a 5mm bore.
Used it to make small hand held drill for corrections in pcbs and other places

It is delicated item. Very carefully handle it. There is a very chance of damaging the drill grip.
