Cabana Anthology

Been a fan of this magazine for many years. It’s always represented a level of taste and sophistication worthy of aspiration. This book is a great compilation of images from it and gives beauty to the mundane of daily life.

Everyone should purchase this book and take a few page ideas and apply them to their own aestetic. Style is what Cabana represents. And style anyone could emmulate.

I’m kind of a snob when it comes to architecture and interior design books owning around 3,000 or so already. So I’m no pushover when it comes to impressing me. This book bowled me over. The quality was top notch. The cover, the pages, and the photography are simply amazing. No surprise, the libraries were my favorite rooms featured. There’s no modern farmhouse crap or minimalism to be found, thank goodness! I loved the different border details for each chapter of the book. There is very little text; it is mostly just one big feast for the eyes. There are wonderful inserts of frame worthy art included, although one would have to be nuts to destroy a book like this to remove them. This is by far the most beautiful book that I have acquired this year and will be treasured and revisited often in the years to come.

I saw this book on an art demo by Helen Wells where she was talking about patterns and being inspired by them to make one's own work. She showed a couple of pages of the book that inspired her, and mentioned the book had been a gift. That caught my attention and I went looking for it. It is a richer gift than I normally would purchase myself but I read the reviews and people were for the most part totally taken with it. It is like a mini vacation to exotic places and accommodations. If you enjoy architecture, decorating, art, color and design, you will enjoy a break from stress and humdrum in the pages of this book.

I've recently gone on a coffee table book buying spree and this book is my favorite so far. It's stunning and so tactile and at such a great price point! Get it, you won't be disappointed!

Visually Delicious!

This is the most beautiful book I have owned. In general I am skeptical of reviews and I must say that in this case the reviews do not do this volume justice, because it is simply extraordinary. It is a sensory pleasure, from the visuals with varying tones to the pages with different textures. I am just amazed at the quality of this book. It is a “stay at home” must!

This book is a one of a kind book, filled with many patterns & designs, a great stepping off point for artists.

Beautifully crafted book- a great celebration of maximalism. A must book for design decorators- it is really a piece of art!

El mejor libro para desconectarse y disfrutar interiores súper interesantes. La edición es hermosa. Algunas páginas tienen texturas.

Ho trovato interessante le raccolte fotografiche racchiuse, sicuramente fonte di inspirazione. Poche descrizioni degli ambiente al contrario delle storie raccontate forse anche un po’ generiche. X il mio studio di interior designer sicuramente un ottimo libro da cui trarre spunti.
