Really poor changed from silver to brown in a few days!!! Wud not buy this again!!

Rubbish - totally discoloured / beautiful when new but now fit for the bin / spoils my other charms with this next to them!

The quality of the product is awfull. It is over priced for what it is. It falls far short of a quality product resembling something you would get out of a Christmas cracker.

Lovely snowflake shape
I love this little snowflake charm. I have always been fascinated with snowflakes, how beautiful they are & this little charm captures the shape beautifully.

Not silver
I assumed this was silver. And never saw anywhere mentioned that it's not.But it's not.I wouldn't mind it so much, but the problem is that my charm changed color after a few months of wearing it, and now it doesn't go with my bracelet. SO I can no longer use it at all.So disappointed....And it looked so good at first.

Lovely charm, goes really nice on my pandora bracelet, however, has to be in between swo stoppers as it is slightly larger than the pandora range

Not impressed
Was a bit cheap looking and arrived bent but because it was for my ASD daughter and she loved it I was unable to return it. I would have otherwise.
