The Beautician and the Beast

Love the movie love the music.

This audio CD has an old world flavor to it that will transport you to magic balls, hidden walls and just a little mischief. The pre-dominant theme on the CD is the Ballroom Waltz which is exquisitely rendered as a romantic, captivating, floating dance that begins with a single graceful violin and blossoms into a fully orchestrated pull at our heart strings. It is repeated, with some lovely alteration, and with even more romance, on the last track on the CD and proves to be the ultimate accompaniment for the kiss of a lifetime.The Waltz theme appears often in the CD but each time with a different tempo, arrangement and instruments, so it evokes different feelings at every hearing.There are a few marches and ballad-like instrumentals on the CD that are engaging but I bought the CD on the strength of the Ballroom Waltz and I have absolutley no regrets. The entire CD is a joy to listen to, but the Waltz and the last track alone, were worth the price.

Before buying this item, ask yourself the following questions:1. Do you like ballroom/classical music?2. Do you like music that moves you, in a sense putting you in a new frame of thought, or is inspirational?And finally:3. Do you simply love beautiful music?If you answered yes to any of these questions than don't hesitate to buy The Beautician and the Beast soundtrack. With simply enchanting melodies from the composer Cliff Eidleman, you can't go wrong with this soundtrack. You'll be so enraptured with this music that you can't help to listen to the songs over and over again.

This movie is the biggest surprise. When I first learned that Dalton was making it, I thought it wasn't a good idea. I've learned to be more open minded as this is now one of my favorite movies. The chemistry between Dalton and Drescher is cute, the music's good, and all actors in the movie are good.

Buying it just for the "WALTZ". A beautiful piece of music! Movie is really cute and fun...but the music is the real highlight!

Fabulous movie with an incredible storyline!
