Vendors need to check product for defects before shipment.
The mug had a crack on the mouth and dent on the side bottom. Apparently, the vendor did not ensure that the product met quality standards for shipment to customers.

Bad quality
It came with black stains which wouldn't go even after cleaning!Also, the inner surface has tiny black dents which shows there's another metal mixed!!
