Convenient storage while riding.
I own two of these E-Packs, one for my road bike and one for my mountain bike. I use them primarily as a carrier for my cellphone. The 4 straps are very secure and I am very confident in them staying on the bike.I like to listen to music while I ride so will have my phone play music over the loudspeaker and place it in the E-Pack. I can hear the music well, but it keeps my ears free to listen to traffic and other people. Other people generally don't hear it unless they are close. For mountain biking I added a few pieces of cardboard on the bottom and edges to provide additional padding against bouncing on the frame. I usually place my phone and digital camera in there while I riding. They have remained secure even after some gnarly downhill segments. Having the camera convenient is a great bonus for the quick shots of opportunity. One thing that could be improved upon is that the Velcro clasp to close the top should have some sort of tab to help open it. If it is not lined up properly the grippy part of the Velcro has a tendency to rub on your shorts while standing up or on mount/dismount. Not a big deal, but it makes a horrible scratching noise and I have noticed some wear spots on the shorts.

What I was looking for.......
This is what I wanted, my only negative at this point is the velcro is kind of cheap I wouldn't be fastening it and unfastening it a whole lot if you want to keep the Integrity of the Velcro. I'm referring to velcro that attaches it to bike the open close flap appeears sturdy, Holds 2 tubes 2 tyre levers and 1 co2 inflator only have one cartridge but another will fit fine.. I used permanent marker to blackout the logo on bag.

Love this thing
I bought this as I put a dual water bottle carrier behind my seat, and it made getting into my seat bag difficult at best. This thing works great. Keep in mind though, it is not water proof, and actually has a mesh top to it. To give you a realistic size of this little bag, here is what I carry in it. I carry one road tube, one multi-tool, two gels, two 16gr CO2 along with CO2 tool and tire levers. I could possibly still squeeze a tad bit more in it, but it would be tight. It is perfect for my needs. I highly recommend. Very convenient.

Great for short rides
I really like this for my shorter rides; I can fit my chapstick and a small granola bar in it. A smaller cell phone might fit, but I always stash my phone in my shirt pouches. For longer rides, I use the Profile Design Large E-pack.

this is exactly what i was looking for to hold ...
this is exactly what i was looking for to hold my little Bluetooth speaker. there is no more space in my handle bars so this baby fitted the bill!!! now i can listen to music without the need of headphones, since headphones can be dangerous because you are less aware of your surroundings.

Good for packing the phone and nutrition.
Just right for my road bike. I can fit my cell phone and a bit of nutrition (bar or a few gu's). I wanted a little extra room for these item. Tired of having to dig into my regular bike bag every time for these.
