I am in my early 40's and going through early menopause. I had been having hot flashes and night sweats, moodiness on and off for couple years. I used to have regular periods, but started skipping my periods. I tried birth control pills and then HRT just to balance my hormones for a while . I didn't feel well with those and then I wanted to try natural products.Last 2 years I have tried Natural progesterone cream and phytoestrogen creams. Periods came back but after 6 months use of progesterone cream I developed some cysts on both of my eye lids, I had crazy energy with palpitations, I was very moody and couldn't sleep at all, felt extremely depressed. I was using twice a day..I lowered the dose it didn't work. I stopped the cream and all went away. But as a result, I had no energy. I feel like I’ve been taking this forever!!!! I had my partial hysterectomy 20 years ago, when I was 33 years old. I started to think that I was peri menopausal soon after my surgery. I was not prepared for the effects that came on instantly after my full hysterectomy. They call it "surgical" menopause.I had awful debilitating migraines every day. I couldn't sleep well. I had hot flashes... and COLD flashes! Anxiety and depression.A friend who knows supplements and has been using this since HER partial hysterectomy and her daughter's as well recommended this. I got it at the health food store but in Amazon it cost SO Much less!And the results were beautiful. It took about a week to start seeing the systemic effects. But it took care of them. I don’t know if I’m going through menopause for sure but I’m having symptoms. I was having trouble sleeping and what I call hot flashes at the weirdest times. I started taking it and noticed it stopped the flashes after a week or so. I can’t remember exactly I just realized they were gone. I missed a few days of the pill and they were happening again. These have helped me tremendously.
