We used entire bottle and no improvement whatsoeverupdate: I have to say that I am impressed with the company of this product even tho this didn't help my husband. when I left the review that it didn't help us they sent me a personal email. I am very sad that this product didn't help us because we wanted it to SO BAD!! I wouldn't discourage others from trying it but I hope it works for others..

Have used this for almost a month now. I think I am finally feeling some relief. Going to order more and see how I feel in two months!!

I have diabetic neuropathy in my hands and feet, and carpal tunnel in both hands. My hands normally feel like they are on FIRE... I've tried other supplements with no relief. I'm on gabapentin 300 mg three times a day and it doesn't cut it. So I tried Neurabic (got my first bottle dirt cheap off eBay) and after the first week there was notable improvement. With the 2nd week at 4 pills a day I was amazed! This stuff works. Period. The burning pain isn't 100% gone, but it's down about 75% and for that I am so grateful!! If you've got neuroathy, you know the pain, and seems as if this either works or it doesn't, so what do you have to lose? Try it!!

Did not help my Neuropathy

Well I have been taking this for two weeks every day and no help at all. I will finish the bottle to give it a chance. I think I should have gotten some relief, but no. I probably will not buy this again.

I bought this for my husband who suffers from peripheral neuropathy as a result of Type 2 Diabetes. I have to report that once he worked his way up to 4 pills a day, he did begin to notice an improvement. Not an earth shattering "It's a miracle!" , but a noticeable improvement. We are happy with that after such a short time span of useage.

One month was all we gave it. Not really enough time to tell if there was any improvement. My husband has severe neuropathy in his feet, and he'll try anything to get relief.

This is a great product. At least it has been for me. It has done a great job minimizing the pain I was suffering from due to carpal tunnel. I really hope that you will be able to have this back in stock soon. When it disappeared from Amazon I bought some from neurabic.com but it has yet to be delivered to me so I am getting worried that I will run out of it & have to go back to suffering the constant nagging pain of carpal tunnel. Again, it has worked wonders for my severe pain with no side effects. PLEASE restock it!
